-
I love eggs, and do not think that your cholesterol goes up because of eggs.
-
I like eating eggs i love boiling them and put the in Salads.
-
eggs are delicious. i'm guessing it depends on the way they are made. Scrambled eggs made w/ milk are really good source of protein.
-
eggs sure are delicious, but 4 eggs might be too much for a day....especially depend for the age and how he excerise and how many eggs he ate per week....if he is an elderly. eggs can increase cholesterol, need more excerise to burn it....self-control is the hard part for me
-
I am not a big fan of eggs. I will boiled an egg weekly.

i love eggs i like to make eggs sandwich with it. theres so many different ways to make eggs with. im glad that eggs is very affordable.
-
I eat eggs almost every day. I like them and it makes for a cheap meal. I think eggs are healthy for you and I do think "everything in moderation" but what is moderation exactly isn't always easy to know.
-
I like them soft boiled, but I eat an egg every day.
-
Nope not too much and if i do its scrambled never eat any other way but dont eat too much they make my stomach hurt if i eat too much and im not a breakfast person so rarely eat
-
Love eggs eat one everyday for breakfast. If i don't feel like i didn't have breakfast but 4 at a time maybe to much the yoke is the bad part for you but having scrambled with just the white is just i don't no wrong.
-
when i do i make sure to have a productive day to make use of them.
-
Once in a while. Too many and they upset my tummy. I am assuming everyone knows where eggs come from, right. Well when my youngest son was 5 and went out to gather eggs, and come stoming in screaming he was never ever going to eat another egg. Yep he went to my setting hens and saw a baby chick emerging. Took 5 years before he finally ate another egg. Had to lie to him all the time when baking cakes and cookies.
-
I like eggs and don't eat them every day but do like them occasionally - am funny about how I like them cooked but I think they are good for you. It used to be said that avocado, nuts, eggs were all bad for you and I think its been shown they are not bad for you. I can't see egg substitute or all egg whites as being worth eating lol.
-
I eat one or two eggs for breakfast almost everyday.
-
I really don't care for eggs when they are scrambled or over easy etc. I do however like deviled eggs.
I use eggs mainly when I am baking at holiday time not really for eating. :peace:
-
no i did not eat eggs. >:(
-
I eat one egg every morning and boiled eggs as snacks
-
I LOVE eggs! I love them any way you can make them! :P
-
I have heard of eggs causing cholesterol issues, but I really don't think that's an issue unless you are eating a lot of them regularly. I think eggs are pretty healthy, but maybe more research is needed about this subject from the web.
I like eggs, but I don't eat them that often. My favorite way to eat them is scrambled with toast (and bacon or sausage if it's available) or in an egg sandwich on white bread. I had never heard of an egg sandwich before until years ago when visiting some church members. Their daughter offered me one I found it a delicious simple meal. However for the most part I just eat eggs cooked in other foods.
-
I like to scramble my eggs an make a sandwich with it
-
I don't know that it really makes your cholesterol go up too much, although check for a second opinion. I heard they were healthy for us.
-
I like eggs everyone now and then. I like my either boiled or scrambled. I like gravy and biscuits with mine too. That make a very good breakfast. Sometimes I like to cook breakfast for supper when I get home from work. Hope everyone has a good week and May God bless each of you and keep you safe.
-
I scramble 3-4 eggs with cheese about 4 times a week.
-

yES I LOVE HARD BOILED EGGS
-
There is a lot of conflicting information out there about eggs. Some "experts" say they raise your cholesterol and some say it is not an issue. Eggs are a great source of protein and very good for your eyes; however, too much of anything at one time is not a healthy option although once in a while a large omelette might not hurt you too much. Some people have a genetic cholesterol proclivity and probably need to be more careful.
-
I like to eat eggs, but I don't eat too many... Usually on the weekend I'll have 2-3 eggs for breakfast. And every once in a while I'll have an egg-salad sandwich for lunch. When I do eat eggs at home, I try to get Eggland's Best since they feed the hens a diet incorporating sea weed which causes the eggs to have the "good" cholesterol instead of the "bad" cholesterol in them. If I'm going out to eat breakfast, I'll try to get Egg Scramblers or have them make scrambled eggs (or an omlet) made with just the whites to help with my cholesterol intake.

I eat an egg almost every morning. I eat other things with my breakfast, which include some type of meat(bacon, sausage, etc.) and I try to include some type of fruit(fresh). Breakfast is the most improtant meal of the day and since I have to cook, I try to make ti the best. My husband is also an egg lover and usually eats 3 a day. I also like to make what I call breakfast pie, which is made with either an egg+ milk mixture poured in a crust like a quiche or an egg batter made with Bisquick, poured over sausage or bacon. And don't forget the cheeeesse!

yes, I love eggs fixed most all ways
-
I love eggs but don't eat them too often .. not because I'm worried about the cholestrol but out of convenience it's easier to microwave something if I need a quick meal
-
I like eggs, when I make them I take out the yoke however.
-
yes like them scrambled with bacon and toast
-
yes i eat eggs,,i love them,,fried.boild or a omlette!!! :dog:

I like eggs, but can't eat them all the time. Once in a while I'll have cravings and have them for breakfast or dinner 3 or 4 days a week, but typically I may only have eggs once a week or less. I recently found out one of my nephews is actually allergic to eggs (they don't know if it's the yolk, whites or both).
As far as eggs and cholesterol, it varies from person to person. For an average person, average weekly exercising and good diet, having up to 4 eggs a week should have little to no impact on their cholesterol levels. Of course if they are older (over 65), have high blood pressure or a disease sensitive to cholesterol levels (like diabetes), then it's typically recommended to have less than that per week (2 eggs or less per week). All of the cholesterol in eggs is found in the yolk, so if they like more eggs, may want to try using egg whites only (or one yolk and the rest whites).
-
I eat them and my favorite is sunny side up with grits!
-
I usually cook eggs twice a week. I prefer them over-easy, but sometimes scramble them for breakfast tacos.
-
I love eggs cooked all kinds of ways. I like them fried, over easy, soft boiled, hard boiled, in salads, all alone. But I don't usually eat them every day. Every once in a while we have breakfast for dinner, because during the week we are just to rushed to have more than toast and cereal.
-
Hmmm, I don't eggs often but yea I always thought eating many was bad for your cholesterol also.
-
Don't be afraid of eating eggs. They are good means of getting a nutritious meal at a reasonable cost. However, eating four eggs at one meal is a bit much. See if two would make him happy.
-
Since, I am watching my cholesterol, I have switched to the egg alternatives or egg whites. Did you know that Waffle House and many other restaurants will "hold the yolk" for you? I know that one or two eggs a week would be permissible, but I actually like the "egg beaters" and they work well in baked goods. I'm used to them now and they are just one way I can help my cholesterol issue.
-
:cat: Yes, I love eggs in all kinds of ways. Fortunately I have never had an issue with cholesterol (I am 56) and have been known to eat at least 2 eggs daily for long stretches of time. I am sure it some weird gene I inherited or something because most people if they are going to have this be an issue will have had by this age. Doesn't mean I don't chose healthier alternatives like egg substitution (because of the beta-carotene) or swapping out for unsweetened yogurt or pureed fruit in baking. But still like my eggs. ;D
-
I eat at least one egg daily, they're very healthy for you. There is no link between cholesterol and consumption of eggs, this has been proven false.
-
while I am not sure about if your cohlestrol go up when you eat eggs! I love all types of eggs scrambled, hard boiled or even deviled eggs
-
I love eggs, over easy, scrambled, in omelets, hard boiled... my cholesterol is a little high, but i still eat eggs a few times a week.
-
I eat eggs love a good omelete.
-
Yes I eat eggs, it's the best part of a Sunday brunch! Though I will only eat them scrambled well done or in an omelet which is about the same thing. Like I need them to be golden and not see any white or I won't eat them. It's hard to get them like that if I go to a breakfast place but I usually go to the same restaurant and they do a good job. Last time I was going to make them at home I found blood in one of the eggs so I haven't made any for a while. It just threw me off.
-
I also like eggs in a salad. I like hard-boiled egg sandwiches with lettuce and tomato. Breakfast eggs can be scrambled, hard fried (don't like the yolk runny) or a good loaded omelet.
I also very often make egg salad, ham salad, chicken salad, tuna salad, balogna salad, whatever I have on had. It's all good.
-
Nope Alergic.. BIG TIME... I tried to eat a fried one about 15 years ago.. and it put me in a ambulance as I was turning blue.. I can eat things with one or two eggs in them like cakes or cookies.. Just can't eat a egg.. go figure.. :dontknow:
-
I eat eggs almost every day. Remember the 'incredible edible egg' commercials? Eggs arn't as high in cholesterol as people think, but four in a meal might be a bit much.
-
Not really on a regular basis. I will put them on a salad, but I don't really cook them or eat them plain.
-
I love eggs! I will scramble 2 to 3 med ones and fill 2 small tortilla with the eggs, little cheese, Louisiana hot sauce and picante sauce. It is surely my weakness 1 to 2 times a week ;-) I have no guilt either as I rarely fall off my good eating habits so its all good!
-
i eat eggs on the mornings sometimes

I do NOT eat eggs.. they will kill me.. I tried once.. I began to turn blue, and just got to a hospital in time.. Strange though.. I can eat cakes and cookies with one or 2 eggs in them..
But also if you are baking you can replace eggs with apple sauce or 3 teaspoons of Flex Seed.. Go figure.. :dontknow:
-
I love eggs, and do not think that your cholesterol goes up because of eggs.
i eat boiled eggs every other day. my cholesterol is fine. i love them in my salads and deviled eggs.
-
Eggs have gotten a bad rap. Recent studies show they don't raise cholesterol. But if you cook them in fat, that is what affects your cholesterol. Same goes for egg salad with Mayonnaise, which will raise your cholesterol too. In fact eggs are a vitamin rich source of protien and good for you. I eat them soft boiled with steamed spinsch on theside, mostly. But if you do have to use oil or whatever to fry them, please use a tiny bit of olive oil and use a non stick skillet. Olive oil in fact will lower your LDL cholestrol. I also saute chopped onion, bell peppers, mushroom and spinach in olive oil. I then beat the eggs until they are frothy and fold them into those sauteed veggies. I serve them with a dash of tabasco sauce. It's like killing two birds with one stone. Not only do you get a good dose of protein, but you get a serving of vegetables, too. If you want to push the bar a little (veggie wise that is) pour a short glass of V-8 juice an serve it with the egg dish.
-
Yep, high in cholesterol... but high in protein too. Sometimes you gotta take the good with the bad...
-
 Me Like EGGS !!!

I like eggs and eat them infrequently because I am allergic to them. My senior Mom eats 3 every other day and would eat more if I don't limit her.
-
i once went to a restaurant and ordered an egg and a chicken to see which one would come first :D
-
I eat eggs for breakfast every morning .
-
I like eggs, but I don't eat them very often. I don't take the time to cook breakfast every morning. Sometimes I will fix devil eggs and eat them at supper time.
-
I like eggs. I usually have an egg everyday to every other day.
-
Eggs are one of the best sources of protein. Scramble egg whites and you get rid of the cholesterol.
-
I use to eat eggs several times a week for breakfast but I don't remember the last time I did that. l do boil them every week or two. I might have to fix me one for breakfast in the near future. :-
-
I do eat eggs but not anywhere near as often as I used to, which even then wasn't that often. Sometimes I like to scramble them with sausage scrambled into it. Sometimes I'll cook it where I can put it on toast with maybe a slice of cheese and ham.
-
I eat them only for breakfast every morning and that's about it.
-
i love eggs.... especially when they are hot and hard boiled with tomatoes.
-
I like eggs I take out the Yolk. If I eat 5 scrambled eggs I only have 2 Yolk I take out the rest.
-
I love eggs....it's my main source of protein.......
-
they are pretty good to eat, but gotta have salt and peppers.
-
I eat eggs, and it depends upon the individual. I have not made an egg salad in a while, and I like to scramble my eggs. I can see that if you eat too many, there may be a problem. But I eat 2 eggs per day, and I use eggs in my recipes. :D ;D
-
I eat eggs three or four times a week. If you worry about cholesterol only eat the whites but I think they have new studies that say that eggs aren't bad for you. Almost anything in moderation is fine.
-
I enjoy eggs. I put it on my bacon sandwich.
Best answer.
-
I will only eat eggs if some one else makes them for me. Otherwise they gross me out! Weird I know!
-
I like eggs, but rarely take the time to make them. If I go out for breakfast, I will order them though.
-
I make a fried egg sandwich most days of the week.
-
I think eggs all the time is bad unless you mostly eat only the egg whites but some people think they are good for you.
-
not very often. every now and then though we just have to have them...they make a quick "breakfast for dinner"
-
I love eggs for breakfast it gives me lot of energy, not good for the people that having a high cholesterol though.
-
I eat quiche. I don't eat eggs by themselves. I don't care for the way eggs smell.
-
I love eggs, using them to add flavor to different dishes. I don't believe they cause cholestrol at all.
-
I like eggs. Cook them with ramen noodles, boiled, scrambles and etc.
-
I don't eat as many eggs as I used to but I do like eggs. I like them sunny side up, scrambled, and my favorite is an egg salad sandwich.
-
LOVEE scrambles eggs! plain or with cheese, salsa, hot sauce anything. I like omelets. But I cannot take plain boiled eggs. My family just eats them like nothing. To me it tastes so dry and the white part is rubbery in my throat :P :-X eww.
-
I love eggs! especially scrambled and quiche :D
if youre worried about your boos egg consumption instead of 4 whole eggs maybe mix him 2 eggs and 2 egg whites. The egg white is great for you, very high in protein.
-
Ohh bacon egg sandwiches are filing and soo tasty for breakfast!! try it! There are many ways to make one depending on what you like. I usually put mayo on the two wheat bread slices, bacon, scrambled egg with cheese, lettuce and tomato. Sometimes I take out some ingredients or add to it, or even just have the egg. Or ill put all the ingredients in lettuce like a wrap. So yummy ;D just saying
-

That looks so yummy and delicious. I like to eat eggs any time of the day, and that is one healthy wrap.
-
Eggs are highly nutritious. That being said, egg yolks are a source of the "wrong" kind of fat to consume. Some people might have elevated LDL (bad cholesterol) levels when they consume too many eggs where other people don't.
Different strokes for different folks.
-
I eat eggs. Primarily, I eat the egg yolks. I do not have high cholesterol either, because I do not include sugars in my diet. Fats and cholesterol *only* accumulate in the body when there are carbs in the diet, because the body will use the carbs as the fuel source and store the fats. When there are little to no carbs in the diet, the body uses the fats as its energy source in place of the sugar. The fats get burned off and do not accumulate as fat tissue or cholesterol.
Many people do not understand this. But this is the way the body works.
I also eat a lot of garlic and fresh ginger which help break down cholesterol.
-
I eat eggs but not as often as I would like. I normally eat white eggs but I would prefer to eat organic eggs but they are a little to expensive and hard to find. I would have to drive a few miles just to see if I can locate a bargain for them. Sure the grocery stores sells them but not in the bulk quantity I would like. Another reason that I don't eat eggs as often as I want is because I am afraid of getting salmonella poisoning. Some grocery stores when the expiration date expires on the purchasing of their eggs will just change the dates on the eggs-knowing the eggs have expired :( uggh!!!
-
yes i like egges but cant eat them too often as i have high cholestral
-
We eat eggs, in fact I just made sausage and egg burritos this morning. Love eggs and I eat more than I should. Oh well.
-
I'm a sort of picky eater. I don't like eating some thing that everyone loves like chocolate and eggs. I don't have a sweet tooth and eggs taste gross to me. :-
-
i do but not to often and guy loves eggs he eats 4 of them every time he eats them i ask him not to because they make your cohlestrol go up if i am wrong please let me know he says it doesn't
As often as I possibly can boiled and/or soft scrambled....prefer boiled though w/wheat toast.
-
To eat ...or not to eat...is the question.
-
I very seldom eat eggs by themselves. I'll occasionally fix a big deluxe omelette.
-
I eat eggs from time to time. I don't worry about cholesterol too much although they can raise it if you eat too many.
-
yes i eat eggs all the time in many different ways scrambled omlets in meals all kinds if ways love eggs :) :) :) :)
-
Sometimes I eat eggs. I like them. Tonight I had for supper a breakfast meal. I had bacon, toast and 2 eggs over easy.
-
I love eggs, and do not think that your cholesterol goes up because of eggs.
here's a good way to make scrambled eggs: eggs, milk, bit of water, shredded cheese, Accent, and salt and pepper. talk about yummy.
-
Normally, having eggs won't affect the average persons cholesterol, however having 4 a day is kind of excessive
