Title: equifax credit issue!!!
Post by: jdh420crn on January 27, 2013, 11:02:50 pm
I completed the offer and got an error message when I was about to get my credit score.
I have not been credited the $8 from fc yet.  Equifax has charged my account $1 twice for varification because I
hit the "get report" button twice and recieved the same error message both times.
Equifax has not sent me an E-mail or anything and I tryed to sign to their website. It recognizes me by name but has no info or product for me.

I can probably call and cancel but I still want my fc credit.
Do you think I will still get it, most people that have received it seemed to get it within an hour of the completion of their signing up.  ???

i have heard of things like this happening. i think sometimes you have to wait up to 30 days before you get your credit. the thing is that you don't get paid if FC doesn't get paid. so if you want the credit you will probably have to contact equifax

you may want to call them direct to verify your information. I did that with a pay offer and they were able to confirm that they charge the 1 dollar for confirmation that is a real account. but you can call to see if they got your information and check to see whey they charged you.  It doesn't hurt. Good luck

Yes, I did it before when one of my offers didn't credit and I ended up getting credited about 2 weeks late. Just don't be too pushy.[

You may want to submit a support ticket to FC.
