Ok..so i tried to watch some vids on here today and got a message saying "I was banned from Volume 11?...any one ever heard of this?.. and who is volume 11? Thanks

What is this video I never heard of it. I have not come across this video yet.

Just got the same message when I tried to watch the Mercades and Digiorno videos today. No clue what's going on. I may watch the same videos over and over, but that's only because they keep appearing. Figured if I couldn't watch them again, they'd be removed from my list. Other than that, I don't know why they would ban me.

i watched one of the videos that was available to watch today, but i never got any message like that. and i did get credit for watching it. i have never seen or heard of a message like that and have no idea what it means.

Funny, I really did write THREE times and I really did complete a support ticket over at Volume 11.... Guess I'm dreaming - and there is no help - you should at least be told why you're banned from something and offered a solution - but there is none forthcoming and no HELP from anywhere coming - hope this doesn't happen to you - because you will find yourself lost like me, with no help in sight and earnings forever ruined.... how sad is this? and please tell me why????

I'm guessing that Volume 11 is the advertiser and not Fusion Cash. Fusion Cash would have no record of any support tickets you wrote at Volume 11. Fusion Cash is kind of like the middle man...they make the offers available to us and we get paid from the advertiser through Fusion Cash. Fusion Cash is usually very helpful. I imagine they can't control the support help that actually comes from the advertiser. I haven't seen this error code, but videos are always hit or miss. Best thing to do is try another browser if one doesn't work and clear your cache. Best of luck to you.

Wow, that was a pretty RUDE reply you got for your efforts. I'm guessing that they may be banning people who want to get credited for viewing their videos MORE THAN ONCE. I can understand WHY people might view it more than once, especially when the video page refreshes and that particular video doesn't disappear from the list. From the reply you got, it makes me feel like they're enjoying themselves by banning people. I've had such a hard time with the videos lately (crediting/playing, etc.) that I won't even be bothered viewing them more than once, and never go back to those that didn't credit the first time around.
