i eat veggies for snacks and every now and then some prezles

Yes. I like to eat two snacks in between three meals a day.

I sure do. I could make a meal out of snacks. :)

Depends on the day but generally I will have some sort of small snack during the day, like a Popsicle or a bowl of ice cream. Other days I will snack of carrots or something else or have nothing at all. I've been working on making my snacks healthier or cutting them down to avoid things.

Yeah,Only when I got nothing to do or when watching a show. Mostly Chips >< and Chix Mix.

I like snacks, however, I do not want to eat them too often as it does put the weight on.

the veggie chips are really good. taro chips are good too. then there's trail mix that's nutty and fruity at the same time.

Yes...always eat snacks. My favorite is potato chips. Also like to eat Kashi Chewy Granola bar. My friend just gave me a box to try...it's pretty good. But still tempted to eat potato chips.

I eat snacks, probably not the kind I should be eating.

Not really. I don't snack very often at all to tell you the truth. Every once and a while I get the urge like everyone else though. When it happens I like Cheeze-its personally.

Yes I eat snacks, I like to eat yogurt, fruit, and granola bars. And sometimes I may eat some chips, cookies with ice cream. But mostly it will be healthy snacks

Only when I feel like it. I don't really keep to a food schedule especially during the week since each day I have a different combination of jobs and I have to fit in eating between the starting and ending times of each job.

I try to be good but some time the temptation is to much and I have to have my chocalate.

Try not to eat a lot of snacks because of trying to lose weight - especially try not to eat junkie type snacks but eat peanut butter crackers (homemade) sometimes or cheese and crackers other than that try to stick to just meals

Since I quit smoking, I'll eat just about anything at any time. Right now, I'm on a chocolate streak but salty peanuts are really good too.

I don't really have set meals, so anything I eat could be considered a snack or a meal...or both!

I can't recall a day where I didn't eat snacks. I love chocolate snacks, popcorn, pistachios, cashews, blueberries etc.

I don't alway eat snacks, but some times I do. The only thing is that it varies, some are healthy and some are not. I don't really eat very healthy. Guilty! ;D

I wish I ate veggies. I eat chips, candy, popcorn, cheese and just about every other kinda unhealthy snack you can think of... my taste buds are happy, but my waistline isn't!

What about a health bar or an adult liquid supplement with minerals and vitamins we do not get with regular food.

I am more of a grazer than a meal eater in general, so yes I do eat snacks :)

Actually I do a lot of snacking. Most of my eating is snacking. I probably eat one large meal and then just snack throughout the day. Someone I know told me to eat breakfast and lunch, so I'm going to see what I can do about that. :angry7: :BangHead: I know it's not good, but I live on snacks. I love chocolate chips and have also snacked on barbecue potato chips.

I was eating cookies and cake ect. My husband was bringing home doughnuts, I have gained too much weight, and am not withchild, so I am eating radishes, carrots, and we got bananas and strawberries, got to start getting healthier.

I love chocolate covered raisins or almonds. I also love pickled olives and Wheat Thins. There's more snacks I like, but those are the one's I'm craving at this moment.

I eat 2 snacks a day. A fiber one bar and unsalted almonds.
Both are recommended by my nutritionist.

I do, but I try to stay away from sweets. Believe it or not, 2 snacks a day between meals (if they are healthy) contributes to weight loss.

Yes, I eat anything from chips, cheese and Ritz crackers, pretzels, peanuts to all kinds of fruits.

I eat 2 to 3 snacks a day, along with 3 smaller size meals. I find it helps keep my metabolism going.

Healthy snacks like fruits, nuts, trail mix, yogurt! Chips, cookies and all that rediculous junk food is just not my cup of tea!

I usually eat a couple of snacks per day. Sometimes I'm good and eat healthy like carrots or fresh fruit. Sometimes I'm bad though and splurge on ice cream or cookies.

Snacks KILL my plan to lose weight! I have a big problem at night, but try to stay healthy with popcorn. I usually snack on fruit during the day. But with Valentines Day this week, I have already planned to cook tomorrow and those desserts of Chocolate Napoleans and Red Velvet Cheesecake I plan to give away to relatives in town will some way make it to my waistline.Ooops!

I am trying to cut down on snacks, I am getting ready to have weight loss surgery and I have to learn how to not snack and to choose the right foods to eat. It is really hard for me, cause I LOVE TO SNACK!!!! :'(

It depends on the day and what my day consists of. On a normal basis if I spend the day at home I only have a snack after supper. That would consist of either an apple with cheese or a few chips. Other days if I'm out running errands I usually bring a few of the following with me like...nuts, nutri-grain bar, brownie, juice box, yogurt or fruits.

I don't really snack since eating low carb. I don't feel the need to. If I do get hungry between meals (which isn't often) I have nuts and strawberries on hand. I also make a wonderful cheese cracker from almond flour since my husband still loves a snacky treat lol!

Yah I do, I eat snacks twice a day in a morning and afternoon, it helps me keep going.

I'm not much of a snacker, but sometimes I do. When I do, I usually eat nuts, or chips, or candies, or popcorn, or cereal bars. Now that I think about it, I could pretty much eat anything that crosses my way, but only if I'm snacking, which isn't very often.

I'm hooked on unsalted sunflower seeds, along with some raisins, addictive.

On the days that I snack it is usually a variety. Everything from chips, cheese and crackers, nuts, jello and/or sweet stuff from candy to pie. I do keep fruit in the house but it is not something that I eat very often.

Yes I am definitely a snacker, everything from chips, crackers, fruit, & vegetables. Sometimes seems like I snack all day and don't eat a regular meal. Bad Habit!!

I do eat snacks during the day... I try and keep them healthy- crackers, cheese, fruits, nuts etc. don't want to gain weight!!!

Snacking? Yes. I’ve been craving for nuts, bananas and oranges as a snack to fill myself up.

Sometimes I get the munchies and just can not seem to get enough to eat. I don't snack every day, but when I do snack, I indulge. I might eat half a bag of cheetos or doritos. I might eat a whole handful of bite size candies. I might eat 4 twinkies (oh, wait, they are not for sale anymore -- waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!)

i always snack! it's always better to eat 5-6 small meals a day than 3 full meals. i usually eat a fruit or some crackers. i've been snacking on bananas a lot lately :P

I eat snacks in between meals. I try to make them healthy (fruit ant yogurt) however I don't always succeed.

Every once in a while I'll have a bowl of ice cream or a few chips but that's about it. I've been working on cutting back since I'm trying to lose weight. Hasn't shown yet, but hopefully it will.

yeah u eat snacks but not all the time. i usually dont have much in the house coz i have to go shopping again. cant go shopping when the weather is bad so we eat out most of the time.

The kind of snacks i eat are cookies, but lately i have been eating so much that i just cant stop there are times i do eat healthy snacks like carrots but not as much :) :wave:

I eat fruits for snake between meal time. Sometime I eat what ever it on the kitchen. :)

I snack in the late afternoon/early evening when I'm watching the news. I love pretzels and fritos but do veggies occasionally.

I am a big snacker. After each of my pregnancies I always took on unhealthy snacking habits. After the last one I kept up with the nutrisystem eating schedule and felt great. 90% of the time I'm eating the same way today...and that was over 6 years ago. My snacks are things like, string cheese, a hand full of almonds, a yogurt, snap peas, fruit etc.. but once a month I gravitate towards chocolate chip granola bars, hershey kisses, M&M's, brownies..shoot even a pop tart when I'm seriously craving sugar.

I am also a snacker. I try to grab a healthy snack like dried fruit, mini carrots, popcorn, if it's in the house some ice-cream, graham crackers, etc.
There is some recent hype out there on how unhealthy sugar is for your heart and weight problems. I think I will only shop for the least amount of sugar in the food I purchase in the future.

I love snacking! Im trying to snack on more fruits and veggies. But I usually don't lol. Gummy worms, snickers, m&ms, ice cream, popcorn, beef jerky..

Yes, I like to eat snacks, a cookies and fruits. I made a healthy cookies for snacks.

not very much. Most of it has way too much salt,sugar or other stuff that is bad for you. Veggies are great and sometimes yougurt.

I have two types of snack my healthy snacks and my junk.I like to eat grapes and oranges when I eat healthy. My junk food snacks is usually chips.

Trying to lose some extra weight. For me, veggies and fruits are OK.

I love to eat healthy snacks. Not only do I satisfy my craving but I also loose weigh. There are so many great tasting low calorie snacks available I dont have to snack on junk.

Sometimes - I was depression eating because of my hubby passing away and was snacking on stuff that isn't good for you but now I am trying to eat nuts, fruit and the occasional treat like the banana pudding I am getting ready to eat :wave:

Yes, I eat snacks every day. I would never make it through the day without snacking. It doesn't matter how much I eat for a meal, I still get really hungry.

I eat snacks once in awhile ,i try to eat healthy snacks like 100 cal pk of natural almound&walnut mix or some fruit.

My diet consists of snacks several times a day. I live alone and have no reason to cook for anyone else so I eat when and what I want to eat. I get my veggies and fruits in and I rarely eat meat.

Hmm.... yeah, I guess you could say I do. Sometimes I make a meal out of my snack, especially when it comes to fruits. Mmmmm, I sure do love fruit. For "snacks" I like to have fruits, and sometimes vegetables. I also like to have cheese either by itself, with regular plain Cheerios or along with a fruit, vegetable, or some sort of cracker. Man, I really love crackers. I sure wish I had some right now!

I usually have a can of pringles every week, so expensive though. Sour cream and onion is my go to flavor.

I eat snacks, but usually not healthy ones. Too many things like chips and chex mix. I do like trail mixes though, and sometimes I have jerky or something like that.

I eat way too many snacks. I totally have to cut back. I love all kinds from salty to sweet.

Yes, mostly at night when I am hungry since we have dinner around 5:30!!
