Smoked for 30 years till last Oct 11.. Just had my first year anniversary. It was the easiest quit I have gone through.. I now lately, and don't ask me why.. But have had the odd puff of my wife's smoke..I don't wanna start again though..
-
Yes, not as much as i did at one time. Had just about quit 11 years ago but then my son got cancer and nerves put me back and have not tried real hard about quiting since he passed. Maybe some day.

I'm 46 going on 47 and I have never in my life smoked. Sometimes I feel like I do when I walk by someone that is smoking. I can't stand the smell then I feel like I smell like cigarettes. Does this happen to you too? ???
-
I do not smoke I do not like man that smoke if you like doing it you can but for me I :wave:just do not like it at all.
-
Nope....and never will. ;D ;D ;D
-
Started when I was 16 (to be cool like the rest of the kids we hung out with). Smoked for many years, but have not smoked since 1999!! Used the patch and it was easy.
-
:)No, and I quit less than a year ago and still going strong ;) I have had thoughts of smoking but the main thing is I am trying to be a good example for my two kids. They look up to me and I want them to take care of their health.
-
Smoking is bad for your health and second hand smoke affects other people around you too.
-
Yes, I smoke. Been trying to cut back lately.
-
I use to smoke for 4yrs and I manage to quit before I graduated from high school. I been smoke free at least 6yrs now if not more. I plan to never smoke again, thats for sure :)
-
I do not smoke, but I'm one of those odd people who actually enjoys the smell of it.
-
i do but since i have been sick i havent smoked so maybe i will be able to quit
I have been smoke-free for 41 years and I don't intend to start. to be honest, your body is a temple for Jesus, so why would you put nicotine and other substances
into His house?
-
No I have never smoked a cigarette in my entire life and I do not intend to start such a disgusting habit. They are so expensive and especially since I live in New York I would not be able to afford them anyway.
-
Yep, I smoke daily. Want to quit, but just can't. I calculated I smoke $35 worth of cigarettes a week. How much do I smoke a month or year or 5 years? I'm embarrassed, you do the math.
-
No I do not smoke and hope I never take up the habit. Sometimes I call myself a secondhand smoker because my neighbors smoke comes into my apartment. I had to buy a air purifier for my bedroom.
-
Don't smoke

Sounds like a great idea.
Yes, I used to smoke until I switched myself over to an electronic cigarette.
I love it ... I still get to smoke but without all the harmful tobacco smoke and chemicals.
I've been using an e cig for about a year and have no desire to go back to the real thing.
-
I do not smoke. It is something I never tried or ever wanted to try.
My dad smoked when I was little. I hated it. I hated the smell. I hated the way he looked when he smoked.
-
I do not smoke, but it seems like smoking is much more socially acceptable where I live now than when I lived in California.
I work in a casino around smoke and I really hate it. My clothes always stink so badly, my eyes burn and my throat hurts sometimes. I really wish there was no smoking allowed inside. People come up to the desk smoking all the time even though we have signs that say not to.
Some people put their cigarettes out, but most don't.
I think it's very rude...kinda like talking on your cell phone at a customer service counter/cash register. No regard for the employee trying to help you.

Opportunity is knocking! Do it!
-
No I do not smoke. Both of my parents passed away from smoked related illnesses. COPD and Emphysema...I watched both of them suffer just trying to breath...
-
I have never smoked and do not plan on starting.
-
No I have never smoked in my life 8)
-
I smoked for over a decade. It has now been over 5 years since I quit. I would never go back.
-
I have smoked a total of one (yes, one) cigarette in my life.
-
no i used to but quit about 20 yrs ago..so glad i did
-
Absolutely not! Back when I was in my early twenties I played around with it for about a month and it just wasn't for me. When I realized that it wasn't for me, I was like "you mean people waist their money on this"
-
yes i smoke almost 2 packs a day :( wish i could quit :bunny:
-
Never smoke in my life. :)
-
I don't smoke. I really don't like the second hand smoke from others. My dad died of lung cancer and he smokoed all of his life so I'm not really into it at all.
-
Yes and I am not proud of it wish I could quit gonna try Chantix for the second time waiting on a OK from my Dr. so I don't have to pay $234.99 for the product If they say they want me to take it than my insurance will pay for it. If not I guess I will do like My daughter and her husband and his mother they were hypnotized and that made them quit I need to quit health problems but also I want to to been smoking for over 30 yrs enough is enough but I have no will power to do it on my own :BangHead:
-
No, I don't smoke. My Granny passed from COPD and pulmonary fibrosis, which are smoking related conditions. I will never touch cigarettes!
-
No, I do not smoke anymore. I quit about five years ago, I can't go back I won't go back.
-
I quit the habit over 40 years ago! Do you suppose my lungs are back to normal yet :confused1: The only way I could quit was to do it when I made a change in my daily routing. IT WORKED
-
I use to smoke but quit 5 years ago and I feel so much better!
-
When I was a kid I was curious about smoking so I tried it with some people I knew and we all started coughing so much that we gave up trying. A couple years later I tried again and the same thing happened so I made up my mind never to try it again. I thought it might be interesting to try it and see why adults did it, but after those experiences I was turned off. Plus the health risks made me know it wasn't worth it for my body.
I hope you are able to quit aggie. I hope everything works out for you. :)
-
I Used To Smoke But Quit When I Had The Flue . it was easier than i thought quitting Cold Turkey
-
Nope, although I do have a cigarette once or twice a year when I travel for the hell of it.
-
I have smoked for 27 years. I was smoking 2 packs a day until I found out I was pregnant with my son and went down to 10 cigarettes a day that day. I did quit once for about 10 days. I have tried the patch and found out I can’t use it because of the adhesive leaves a rash on my skin. The gum and lozenges leave blisters in my mouth. I refuse to take Chantix or any other medication that have a warning about depression due to the fact I have depression. I am trying the e-cig now.
-
I don't smoke. Other people's smoke gets in your clothes, hair, everything....yucky, Plus a pack of those things are ridiculous.
-
Put your mind to it. You can do it. I have been smoke free for 11 years now.
-
I do smoke but I wish to stop. What is the easiest way?
-
no i have neered smoke and im glad i dont
-
I tried smoking, it was bad for me...my parents use to smoke and when we would be in the car riding they would have all the windows up and the smoke was all over the car and I would have my shirt over my face...I hate the smell of Winston cigarettes...I get hoarse and asthma when I'm around certain kinds of smokes...
-
I don't smoke. The health risks are definitely not worth it. Best of luck to you if you are able to quit
-
Sometimes. Do not recommend it to anyone!
-
Nope, never will!
-
I only tried one time a very long time ago and the net result was that I hated it. That was the one and only time. I cannot see how people can actually like it.
-
I used to smoke I quit along time ago and feel better it came easy for me to quit.
-
No. Never have. My father did, but he quit in 1992, my mother used snuff up until two weeks before she passed away, my three brothers smoke. I am the only one in my family that has never done anything. Good for me. LOL.
-
I do not smoke now but I use to. I smoked for 45 years and quit 6 years ago. I feel so much better and have a lot of more money than I did then. Wish I had never smoked. Hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.
-
I don't smoke. I used to when I turned 18 because I thought it was cool. Now I think it is disgusting. It stinks and is a waste of money and is awful for you. I was so happy when my husband quit smoking.
