I am still shaking my head at what just happened.
I took the above survey and spent nearly 30 mins instead of 15 mins. I even enjoyed the survey only for me to finish the survey on the site and FC displayed this message
"You have been terminated from this survey because our client identified you as a poor quality respondent. This means that you either took the survey too quickly or were not providing well considered responses. Your account will be deactivated after two (2) poor quality terminations"
This is outrightly absurd and am sure if they look at my responses, they were well thought of.
Ridiculously ridiculous I must say!!!!

I would open a support ticket. This could be a mistake. Sometimes they happen. If so, FC will pay you your reward plus an extra amount for the problems caused you. Even if it was not a mistake, you should let the administrator know that you worked hard doing this survey and got the message that you did.
Surveys are a hit or a miss. I got the survey you did but did not qualify. Maybe, i was lucky. :dontknow:

wow is that new? I've never seen that before I am sure its just another way to get all the info for free

Thanks for your responses. I was surprised about the whole thing as well. I have logged a support ticket like you advised and will keep you updated on the response I get. Will see where it all leads...

Wow, that's a total bummer. I've made $$ with FC surveys and believe they are definitely worth it, but I sure hate when that happens. It makes me shy to complete more.

Wow I have never heard of such a response.
I tried the survey and completed it half way through and was told sorrry you don't qualify.

Please see the generalized response I received to my ticket when I requested that the issue should be investigated
"Often surveys ask the same question multiple times in different ways. Answering these questions differently can cause the above to happen"
It's why I often do not bother about logging support ticket for surveys because in most cases, the responses are absolutely absurd...
Like I do with surveys, I take it with a grain of salt and move on...

wow :o , I have never seen that statement before. The surveys have really gone downhill recently.
