Just curious. Who in here read the nutrition facts labels every time he/she eats something and count all the amount he/she eats per day?!

I absolutely know the basic nutrition facts of EVERYTHING I eat. Including restaurant food. I do not track on a daily basis, but on average I certainly know what I eat. I've been that way for years. I'm sure it's normal, right??! ;D

I read everything I eat and I am trying to keep track on what I have daily.
Hopefully can be more healthy!! 8)

99% of the time I pay attention to the nutrition labels-attempting to eat healthier.

I only look at it some times but thta is after I already ate it and liked it. I guess that is a little late to read it LOL
