-
Snoring spouse. :angry7:
-
I am not sure what keeps me up. Probably just a combination of things.

Hehehehehehe. I know that feeling. When it gets REALLY annoying, I just turn over and hold his nose. That works!

Oh dear! LOL!! My hubby has sleep apnea, so I wouldn't go that route. I tend to use ear plugs and he sometimes uses his CPAP machine but not always.
Another thing, I tend to have anxiety issues and sometimes just plain worry will keep me awake until I do positive affirmations to make it go away.
-
I wish I knew! then maybe I'd be able to sleep better. Usually I toss and turn all night.
-
Definitely any form of caffeine intake during the day will result in insomnia lol. Just one can of pepsi is enough to have me watching late night tv.
-
Anxieties of life keep me up all night. I tend to think too much.
-
I think I probably have sleep apnea. I think I have most of the symptoms like snoring, going often to the bathroom, my neck size is at 21, and probably some stress issue. I think I worry too much about the future and the unknown.
-
Things that keep me awake at night include children, concern over a loved one who is sick or having problems, an argument with a spouse or family member, sickness, noise or barking dogs.
-
i can't sleep with noise around me.
-
The main things that keep me awake is snoring or my dogs deciding to bark at something in the middle of the night.
-
I really try not to let anything keep me up at night but sometimes concern over family members or problems going on in life might or if my back is bothering me.
-
Nothing usually. I just tend to be a night owl in general. Always have been for as long as I can remember. :dontknow:
-
noise, husband with tv on. I have to have complete silence when going to sleep.
-
I usually wake up thinking about everything that I need to get done. I worry to much but I don't know how to quite. ???
-
If I wake up in the middle of the night, I'm apt to be awake for awhile because I start worrying about things.
-
If I could just tell my brain to switch off I'd have a great night's sleep! As soon as my head hits the pillow my brain goes into overdrive about anything and everything. It's like a chain reaction....from one thing to another....not even sleeping tablets work for me. :sad1:

Snoring spouse. :angry7:
Totally agree. There has been times I couldn't stand and just got out of the room!!
-
Thinking...when something is wrong or a problem needs solving.
-
stress
-
Congestion for sure. Stress... being generally uncomfortable. If the boyfriend is grinding his teeth... being cold...
-
Stress/anxiety will definitely keep me up.
-
Sounds like I am not the only one with insomnia here. On top of the insomnia, barking dogs really bother me and make falling asleep near impossible.
-
I have noo idea, but whatever it is it sure does it's job. Lol, I can stay awake for three days straight. Done it before.
-
stupid neighbors yelling all the time... had to call the cops
-
Thinking of work, going through a horror movie (yes I'm a pansy), being sick and when my partner is touching me I stay awake / have a really hard time falling asleep. The latter I don't mind, but I sure am sensitive.
-
My tablet keeps me up at night

I have a girlfriend overseas that is very sweet, and if I don't talk to her for a day, missing her dwells on my mind, and then keeps me awake.
anger is another thing that can keep anybody awake. your mind is obsessed with whatever made you angry and cannot rest. one thing that has woken me up in the past is
when I had a spasm in my leg muscles that caused one of my knee joints to subluxate. it is very excruciating. don't talk to me about the pain of giving birth, as men can't get pregnant.
you can still walk when you are pregnant. try walking after subluxating your knee. very painful.

Caffiene, menopause, depression, you name it...
I had two surgeries last year. While recovering, my sleep go disrupted because the pain meds made me sleep all day and it was too hard to sleep in the bed at night, so I slept in the recliner and watched tv late at night. I eventually quit work due to health issues and so it is easy to sleep late. I frequently am up until 4 am....

WHAT KEEPS ME AWAKE AT NIGHT WORRYING ABOUT PAYING ALL MY BILL ON TIME
-
My own thoughts, noise outside and sometimes my grandmother who yells during her sleep.
-
Too much caffeine can keep me awake at night and that includes green tea. I would be wise to step away from caffeine, completely.
Maybe tomorrow I'll have more self control.
-
work normally...and that's about it...unless I have awhole lot of stress...hope everyone is having a stress free day or night...

I wish I knew! then maybe I'd be able to sleep better. Usually I toss and turn all night. I know what's NOT keeping me awake, IT IS NOT CAFFEINE, I have not had any in over a year. Doctor took me off of ALL CAFFEINE due to migraine headaches.
-
Coughing as your chest hurts.
-
I worry a lot and that is what keeps me awake. Sometimes I go to sleep watching TV and then it keeps me from sleeping at night. Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you save.

Not much, but sometimes concern over family members or problems going on in life might.
-
Thinking I may have left something somewhere. I usually have to get up and check.
-
When I have a problem getting to sleep it's usually due to anxieties, stress and worries that keep going over and over in my mind. :angry7: Cold feet in the winter will do it too. :(
-
My brain. Sometimes I can't shut it down.
-
Mine is hip pain and my husband's snoring.
-
worries, anxiety, everything and anything..I think I come up with things that are not even going on, to drive myself crazy.
