Title: stomach flu

i was wondering has anyone gotten the stomach flu, i have and it is horrible you feel like a zombie :sad1:

Yes, I came down with it. It happened the day before New Years Eve. Of course I was sick on New Years Eve, New Years Day. It came out of no where like they say. I just started to vomit, then the fever, chills. After about 5 days I started to feel better. I remember drinking a lot of fluids O.J., ginger ale, water, I ate oranges and fruit cocktail and took tylenol. My appetite came back after a few days.

Its a terrible feeling I know. Hang in there. I hope you feel better soon.

Yeah, I had it back in December. I was fine all day until 9:30 PM and it just hit me. When I got my appetite back and I was SO hungry. I was eating like every hour and a half. It's just horrible.

I haven't had the stomach flu for a long time.  I think it's because I use yarrow tea and garlic which are both anti-viral.  I'm not very tolerant of feeling miserable.
