Title: Radio Loyalty
Post by: patti4me on March 13, 2013, 03:58:05 pm
Just curious as to why when I click on the Radio Loyalty offer it tells me it is not available in my country but so many others on FC are able to take advantage of this offer.  I would love to make a few cents listening to the radio off and on all day.  Thanks

That's odd.  I don't know.  I've read someone else has this problem, or maybe that was you (I read this in another thread).  Hopefully someone comes along with some insight.

I appreciate the advice but enabling pop-ups didn't work and i tried using Bing to get in on FC and that didn't make a difference either.  Guess I'm just not meant to take advantage of this offer.  Sure wish I could though cause not qualifying for any surveys even though I try at least once a day on all the survey offers.  If anyone has any other suggestions I'd sure appreciate it.

What about submitting a support ticket?  You never know, the powers-that-be might have some insight.

Are you using a proxy, or are you on a provider that automatically pools and masks your IP like AoL? If so, that might be the problem. Your IP may not be recognizable as a US address, so it will say it's not available to you.

You can check your ISP by googling "IP address identifier"

I used ipchecking.com.
It gives you your IP address in the upper right hand corner.
When you enter it into the white box and click on the blue arrow, it will provide you with info about your IP address.

It confirmed my IP address was eminating from verizon fios from Virginia USA.

I just checked my IP address and it does show New York, USA so just don't know what the problem can be.  I turned in a support ticket over a week ago  but guess they are busy cause I haven't gotten a response yet.  Thanks for the idea though swogden.

Fusion Cash Rocks!!  They contacted RadioLoyalty and got my issue resolved!!  I'm listening and earning money as I speak!!  I do like the 80's music on this radio station and will probably keep it playing most of the day.  The only thing I'm not crazy about is having to put the letters in the little box every 10 mins. or so but guess that's how they know you are actually listening.  Course I get busy doing other things and have to remind myself to walk by the computer and check on that.  Thanks again FC!

Yes it is! I usually start out my mornings with some soothing Jazz. By the way, I see you're doing well on tt.
