This is like the 4th time this has happen to me, I qualified fir a survey and I still have not seen my funds credited to my account. For instance i just completed 2 surveys about an hour ago and it still has not credited my account. :bs:

i answered over 30 surveys and didnt get credit for them but im not mad i just keep trying :thumbsup:

i have taken a few surveys and not received payment but like the post before me i just move on to the next one and let it slide --nothing we can do anyways!!

This has happened to me a few times and it is frustrating. I just keep going though because I can do plenty other things to credit for. I have great thing going here and I enjoy earning extra money.

Did you clear your cookies and temp files before you started the first survey?
When you qualified for and completed the first survey, did you get a page saying: congratulations or thank you for completing the survey?
Did you keep that page open for at least 10 minutes and check your account page periodically to see if credit showed up in your account -- BEFORE you moved on to the next survey box?
Did you clear you cookies and temp files after the 10 minute wait before you started the 2nd survey?
There are some survey sites that imho have better communication procedures which result in better crediting percentages. That will depend as much on how reliable your ISP server is as well as theirs. When you find a survey site that credits well for you, (or doesn't), adjust your efforts accordingly.
I don't qualify for surveys very often so I rarely try for a 2nd survey if I've qualified for and then completed one. But, yes, occassionally, even after holding the congrats page open for more than 10 minutes, I haven't gotten credit. Bummer. But water off a duck's back. Maybe next time.

It's been happening to me more recently. I haven't been doing anything differently so I'll just take it as a loss and move on to another one

clear all cookies....sometime send a support ticket may help. Mostly the survey I did, got credit, but few does not

I do not qualify for many Fusion Cash surveys but it seems that I have been credited for every one that I have completed. However, I have had it happen that I have taken surveys on other sites and have not been credited. I almost always send a support ticket. Sometimes it has helped and other times, not.
It never hurts to open a support ticket. Maybe it will help and maybe not. Next time try another browser. I use google chrome to take Fusion Cash surveys.

Yes, all the time, just make sure to be patient and take your time, leave the Congratulations page open for at least 10 minutes or until you see the payment in your account.
Follow the suggestions form the poster above, clear cookies and built yourself some patience with surverys is need it.

Occasionally it has happened to me. I wasn't successful in getting the problem resolved but it has been a long time since this happened. Sometimes, the server just fails you logs you out. Hope you can get support to help you with this.

Happens all the time either keep trying or move on I very seldom try for surveys crediting is just too iffy

It happens to everyone at some point. There's nothing FusionCash can do cause if we don't get paid they don't get paid either. Though FC Surveys always pay me. It's the daily surveys that have some paying problems. For me, especially live sample.
