I sometimes have problems with this offer. Occasionally the flashplayer "crashes" although it's working fine in other windows, or the dialog box for the captchas never shows up or keeps getting hid behind an ad I can't close. It's great when it works, but not much cents to be had from it, I'm afraid.

I have had it crash on me also. I just have to refresh the screen and it restart the session. Time is not saved when the page is refreshed. When the code is hidden that means you went pass the ten minute mark just wait until the 3 or 4 ads play and the code box will come back, then you can either enter the code or you will have to refresh the code by pushing the refresh arrows on the right side of the box.(It will tell you if the code is valid b/c it will process if not just use the refresh arrows on the right). Happy Earning!!! :bunny:

It's been crashing a lot on me in both Chrome and FF too, and unfortunately it's cost me money because some of the work I do requires FF but sometimes it crashes FF completely. When that happens I lose my work in the other window, which is dollars for me not cents. I "could" probably run it in Chrome while working in FF, but the additional time and hassle of switching back and forth between browsers every 10 minutes to do the captcha or restart it when it crashes makes the penny a lot less attractive for the time and effort involved.

So I'm staying away from it until the flash issues are fixed at this point, but it's such a popular offer across several sites I can't imagine they won't fix it. When it was working more often, it's just about the easiest quarter or so a day anyone's ever handed me.  :dontknow:

I've tested it through a few other sites that offer it and the same thing happens, it's definitely Radio Loyalty's issue and not FC. Just hang in there!  :peace:

You should be able to run both browsers at the same time unless your computer's R A M memory is too small to handle two browsers.

I have noticed, however, that Adobe crashes more often when I am working Playdom games (which relies heavily on Adobe)  on Chrome and working Radio Loyalty on Firefox.  (Playdom crashes a lot all by itself.)  I've shifted Radio Loyalty to my desktop to minimize this problem.

I Can't remember how to clear cookies; can anyone tell me please??  thanks

Depends on your browser -- so I've give you the generic for a PC.

click on Start;
click on Control Panel
click on Network and Internet (for Windows 7)
and then "Deleting browsing history and cookies"
or Internet Options (for XP)

Under the Browsing history section
    Click on "Delete"
Check off Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History (if they aren't already clicked off)
Click "Delete" and let it run until the little pop-up window closes

Then click "OK" and close the the window.

If you have a "Tools" link in the header of your browser window, you may be able to get to the Internet Options window directly -- but that varies by browser.

I use CCleaner, a free software available online, that does  (imho)  a better job of cleaning all browser caches, the waste baskets etal.

Doesn't always work but when it does its easy fun money. I listen to music anyway, might as well get paid even if its 6 cents an hour!

I believe it is adds and I have asked the library to get an add deterent program installed. Yesterday it was like who is the fastest. the add or me and it would show the number puzzle to get the credit then hide it. It would take another 3 to 5 minutes for the adds to quit playing before I could sign out of a 10 min session. So after 2 I quit. Sometimes I just quit before I sign for credit. Its good music though.

Today the first one took about 4 min to let me have the puzzle. The second one let me do the puzzle quickly. Its all about the adds.

I have glitches as well.  I believe it is often the ads on the site that conflicts with the music and CAPTCHA.  But, I need to get the hang of this as I know it can boost my daily earnings.  At present, I am still tring to figure out what BROWSER works best!

   :peace:

It must have something to do with the settings on the computer. If I play it on my son's laptop it works like a charm. On my desk top its all glitchy. Both are new with in the last year so they both should be able to handle it. Ill just do it during the day while he's at school.

I've been running RadioLoyalty on Chrome without many problems. Like any offer, video, etc. it will freeze up occasionally. Usually a simple refresh is all it needs. I haven't figured out if the ads are station specific.

Hi Stepster23, type google chrome in any search and when you see download this do it and you should get Chrome. After that just look at the free offers you'll see RadioLoyalty--it opens immediately and you go from there. Every 10 minutes you get a code to submit right from their site.

I use Google Chrome without any problem getting credit.  Every 10 minutes a code comes up on the screen.  It has to be typed in correctly, and then you have to click on the "Submit" button.  Sometimes, if you miss the 10 minutes, just stay on that site, and the code will show up.  It really is great if you can enter the code every 10 minutes for $.01 each time, without any limit.  I love FC !!!!

Very cool offer and app. If you're running a lot of other programs it can get a little confusing but generally seems to be very stable and gives ample time to submit for the credit.

levettepough, just click on the RadioLoyalty in the Daily section or in the "new" section and it will load and you just click on the type of music you want to listen to.  Then, about ever 10 mins or so you will have to enter capcha (or whatever its called lol).  I listened to it all morning but have not been able to listen this afternoon.  For some reason the screen stays blank for me right now.  Good luck!!

Try updating Firefox, and updating the addons, especially flash player.

maverick12, I use Safari on my Apple computer and don't have any problems. Do you have another browser?  I can also use Firefox without problems.  That's a bummer for you. Maybe some of the technical people here can give you a suggestion of something to try.  My old standby is "Reboot". Rebooting has solved all kinds of problems for me in the past.

It is possible to make .50 cents listening to the radio as you get .01 every 10 minutes. If you remember to get your code every 10 minutes you can make .06 in an hour.  So I think it is entirely possible.  Just my opinion. :D :cat:

i absolutely love this offer.
i use FC in the firefox browser and whenever i play radioloyalty the flashplayer crashes after 3 plays.
so i just copied the link and pasted into a tab in google chrome, and the whole things plays flawlessly.
plus, i have adblock so you don't have to listen to all those ads

I also     RadioLoyalty, I listen to it everyday! but I am having trouble with it today, It keeps freezing up on me. Right around the 10 minute cycle just when I am about to enter the captcha it freezes up. Then I have to reboot all over again, but of course I lose the 10 minute captcha. This has happened at least a few times an hour. It is very frustrating...   :BangHead:

I love radio loyalty you don't realize how quick those pennies can add up especially if you are on FC for a couple hours and let it run in the background while doing other things. Just have to remember to go back and get your codes.  ;) :cat:

I use Firefox version 21.0 with the latest version of flash and I never crash.  If you have an older mac or pc, try refreshing after every captcha.

I really like it as well. I kind of liked the old captcha a little more and I wish the volume didn't reset every time but the music and quality are great.

I, too, love RadioLoyalty.  Where else can you make money while listening to the radio.  The pennies do add up.  In my case, every little bit helps.
I love FC !!!!  Way to go

I haven't noticed this yet, but I spend most of my time on my iPad instead of my PC so I guess I won't be able to take advantage of this.

This is a great addition to FC's portfolio of offers. The pennies really do add up and make it easier for everyone to cash out more often.

Great offer...anything to make some free pennies to add to my cashout.  :)  Sometimes I don't even listen to it.  I have the speakers off most of the time. And I just forget to check it every 10 minutes.

Radio Loyalty is one of my favorite things to do on FC site, good way to increase your earnings especially if you are close to cash out and the music is good to listen to.

I think the radio loyalty feature is a great way to pad your earning amount. It's easy and credits instantly.
