My first earning.I am so happy just cashed out $31.05 from fusion cash.

Congratulations! I hope you have much success here with FC. Feels good to get that first payment. I've been paid nine times already and awaiting my tenth payout in April.

can we cash out at any time if we are at the amount that is requested?

You can cash out at any time, given that you have $25 and $15 of that must be from offers. However, you will receive your money on or around the 20th of the month AFTER you cashout. For example, if I cashout now(April 02,2013), I would not receive my money till around May 20th, 2013.

That's why it's best if you cashout the last day of the month so that you can get your payment by the 20th of the next month.

It took around 18 days for me to cashout my first check of $31. :) :) :)
