I've notice more places having signs out that say ( Help Wanted ) and more ads in the paper.

probably so, cuz more people are going on welfare...and don't wanna work

I've noticed it also. Still not as many jobs as we need though.

If you are referring to retail or fast food, where I live they are always looking for help.  The problem is they are part time, minimum wage, no benefits.  They are ok for kids or a spouse just wanting to supplement the household, but for someone who needs a job with benefits and more than minimum wage they won't work. :'(
