what are the pros ond cons you like or dislike

The pros and cons of what?  Can you be a little more specific?  If you are talking about FusionCash, there aren't really any cons unless you are impatient.  The pros are that this is a great way to earn some extra money and to do it in predictable and consistent ways.

The pros I like are helping people and making money.  The cons are using people to benefit yourself and not returning the favor and being ungrateful when people help you.  My youngest sister is one of those ungrateful people and I chose to delineate myself from her.  She uses people to get what she wants.  Then she is not grateful for what she gets.  I call her the toxic sister because she causes problems that have people angry at each other.  I am for helping people, but you have to help yourself before someone helps you.  It makes no sense to expect people to help you if you haven't tried to pull yourself up on your own.  You have to crawl before you can walk. ???

The pro that I like is Adrian Peterson. It's great being a Vikings fan and seeing him tear up the field. The pro I dislike is Michael Vick; being rich doesn't excuse you from being cruel to animals.

As for cons, I pretty much dislike them all, esp. anyone convicted of a felony. Although he is a fictional character, I do find Hannibal interesting... I don't necessarily like him, but he is just an intriguing character. I'm starting to watch the new TV show about his early years before he was a con.
