can i have two accout with same home adress for example one for me and one for my sister or would i be disqualfied

No, you cannot have 2 accounts from the same address. One or both of you would be locked out. That is why they say not to do FC from public places. If someone else has done FC from that location (physical and ip address) then you could be locked.
