im a city boy that goes to the beach but i like to go to the lake , witch do you prefer the beach or the lake?

Beach = if it is the ocean.
I love the salt water and the waves crashing.
Nothing more relaxing than the beach for me.

I think I would prefer the beach. It just seems more expansive. But, I would like ither one. The water is relaxing.

Well since i live in the midwest and beaches are in short supply i guess i will say the lake

I grew up on the coast and nothing compares to the sound of the waves coming in.

I love to watch and hear the waves.  I used to really like riding the waves on a raft but I also like lakes.  I have my own 2 acre lake and it's relaxing to watch it and occasionally geese, ducks and herons make a stop here.

I prefer the beach......I love the sand. and I love sleeping at an oceanfront hotel --hearing the waves at night.

Definitely the beach, because that's how I grew up. Used to go fishing all of the time with my Mom at the Texas coast. Some of the best times of my life where spent there!

I love going to lakes, but when I have the choice, I have to say the beach.  Maybe it's because I can't get to the beach very often, and that makes it more attractive.  I love fishing on lakes, but I've caught many a fish just standing in the sand and casting out into the surf.  Yep, it's got to be the beach.  I can feel the sand squishing up through my toes right now!

The beach hands down. There is just more of an appear for me there. Also the sand is great to lay in on a warm day.

I prefer the beach any day.  I like to go ti the Lake and sit around, but give me the beach.
