How do you claim the reward for this video? I keep watching it but cannot figure out how to claim the reward. I have visited the website. :BangHead: :sad1:

I wish I knew. I've tried a couple of times but it seems to be nothing but a time eater. Sniff Sniff

I just tried it and I didn't have a problem. It credited immediately. Once the video was done the video disappeared and went to "Congratulations! You have received your reward!". Which browser are you guys using? I watched the video in firefox. It let me do it twice.

I was able to watch the video twice as well. I used Chrome though

Thank you guys for the heads up about using Firefox and/or Chrome to watch the Cruzan Rum - The Don't Hurry. I could not figure out why I kept watching this video and did not get credited for it.

I'm using Firefox as well and have no problems getting this video to credit.

I'm using chrome also and having no trouble getting credited twice for watching it

I previously had trouble getting paid for this video as well, but today I was able to do it twice. In my experience, it only works if the window it's playing is open and active the entire time the video plays...if I switch to another window or tab, even briefly, the video continues to play but doesn't advance to the reward screen.

I played the entire video until the end and I was credited just like any other video.

I haven't hd any problems with this video.It credited twice for me today.I've been using Chrome.

i've been using internet explorer and i cannot get the video to credit. i have watched it for several days now and i have had no luck at getting any credit.

That's a shame, I'm on Firefox and it has worked fine for me so far.

No luck for me either on this one! I hate when videos dont work for me but they dont go away from the list. I keep trying eventhough i know i wont get credit

This message for AMBERTAYLOR31: I also used Internet Explorer to view the Cruzan Rum video a couple of times and did not get credited. However, after using the Firefox browser today, I was finally able to get approved for it!

I'm on Safari and I haven't had a problem either. After it's done I click on FB. When it opens the FB log in window I just close it without actually logging in, then close the video. When I check my account it's there. :thumbsup:

I also had no problem getting the cent credit for the video I sa it 4 times yesterday and got credit every time automatedly. I got a kick when the guy said "slow down turtle" at the end of the video. :thumbsup: :wave: :peace:
