:BangHead: :angry7: I have to send a fax with my ifo and ID to FC! I see the form to fill out but for some reason I can NOT print it out! I can print other stuff out on my comp but NOT THIS!! :BangHead: :BangHead: :angry7: :angry7: What is going on here???????? I have no idea, I think your best bet is to open a support ticket. It can be done at the link below and clicking "Open a New Supporting Ticket".

That's odd. One of my referrals mentioned faxing in id too. I signed up over a year ago and didn't have to do that so that surprised me too. Is this normal??? (That question is directed at more recent members that have had to do this as well.)

I have a situation too, but it is my fault. I changed my payments from Direct Deposit to PayPal. Except I screwed up. I checked FC and they said they had not verified my PayPal account. I took that to mean that there was something wrong with my PayPal account and changed e-mail addresses. Now they are still saying they cannot verify my account. I know beyond the shadow of a doubt that my account is active, which they verified. Is there any one who can advise me what to do? Please help. :thumbsup: :o :thumbsup:

Try these two (2) solutions: 1. try contacting Pay Pal, sometimes they'll take additional steps to verify whether or not the error is on their end.
2. If its not a PayPal issue then you can contact FC with a support ticket sharing this info.

try clearing your browser cache (history) then try again. hope this helps :thumbsup:

It sounds like people on here gave you some good advice. Hopefully you get it figured out soon. I've never heard of that kind of proof being needed before.

I am at a loss as to why you were asked to fax a copy of your id though am sure that there would be a reason. Try and sort it out. I hope this has no impact whatsoever on your account

LuckyDeutch ~ I never had to do anything like that before, very strange. If your computer's not printing that item only but you can print other stuff, it might be that this system is not compatible or you have auto block mechanism from your computer. Try, if you can get to a different computer & see if it does the same thing.You should listen to the member stating that you should ask for help from support post & get a support ticket! I had not heard of that before but it makes sense. I am guessing it has something to do with either 2 people signing on the same ip or there is something not quite right about the accounts (e.g. names do not match.), where you want F.C. to send payments.
I hope you get it resolved soon.

This is just a guess, but maybe it's to verify US residency? That's the only thing I can think of. :dontknow:

That is strange I hope I never have to do that, because it would be a big headache for me. I can't even figure out how to post a proof of payment I am just dumb when it comes to all the things that you have to do on computors using different programs. Good luck

nannycoe1, you are NOT dumb! you are on here, right? so that tells me something..... I do not know half of things that you can actually do on here. I have to call my youngest son,(25) to ask him all kinds of how do I do this questions and he laughs at me and says simple. he comes over and it takes him 2 minutes and me a whole month to figure it out! Thank you, I hope this gets settled before my 180 days or im at a great loss and BIG diappointment! I dont have much time left... :dontknow: :thumbsup: good luck to you also. I hope you get a response soon, meanwhile is the form a PDF document? if so, try updating or installing adobe reader to open the document, then save it to your computer and then try to print from there.

I've been a member for 6 years and never had to fax anything. Support ticket is the way to go. Hope you get it figured out.

I had to fax id. It is to verify your account they tell me. If you cannot get phone verification to work you need to fax id. In my case I think it was cause my phone was not in my name I'm guessing. I printed the pdf no problem no know why that is an issue for some. I just printed the form scanned id into the the box and faxed. Account was verified no problems. hope this helps

I had a similar problem and I can;t remember how it was settled but I ended up getting verified without having to fax anything. I filled out a support ticket and told them of my situation and was verified within a few days I think. So if you filled out a support ticket I think you will be fine. Good luck!! :) :cat:

I am dealing with the same issue :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead: I had no trouble cashing out my first month ( for April) it even came a couple days early ( May 16th I think). Then I requested my second cashout on May 31st and on June 3rd it said "temporarily denied" and said "click here to fix" so I clicked it and it said I had to fax a copy of my ID. I did that today, but I was wondering if I am still going to receive payment this month or if it will be next month :dontknow: I don't understand why I was fine last month but not this month, I have not changed anything on my account so I don't get it :dontknow:

why is the fax and ID required?

I've never had to do this either but I'm guessing it has to do with switching things around with your Paypal and your Direct Deposit status they want to make sure everything is confirmed before they switch the payments probably because if I read your message correctly you switched from getting Direct Deposit to Paypal right? I'm not sure for the people who say they haven't changed anything and still have to do this unless it's new security measures or if there are fraudulent issues coming up in their system and they just want to confirm you are the person using the account or say if you use the account from a different IP address it could trigger them to want your ID to make sure it is you. I imagine I would have to go through the same thing if I switched from Paypal to some other payment method because I believe they want to confirm the person getting the cash out is you if something does change or if IP addresses logging in and out change.
That's the only thing I can think of and for the people who don't know much about IP addresses it's the local address of your computer that each time you log on to the Internet or are connected any website you visit leaves a IP address including these forums and this site. If you log in from a different computer it leaves a trace of a different IP address which could leave them asking for your ID or like I said changing payment options can also leave them wanting a copy of your ID. I just seen a couple messages about people not knowing too much about computers so I didn't want to throw in a bunch of confusing jibberish and not explain myself. lol

why is the fax and ID required?
I've been here for more than a year and I've never had to fax anything.
The most I had to do was confirm my contact information.
Faxing your ID is alternative to verifying your telephone number.

#1, to you, bloins.....That is EXACTLY what Im receiving, as of just before this post I have tried to get this printed out and it STILL wont work! I have no idea what to do, but i am myself going to call it quits with FC if this stays a problem for me. I wish they would let me take a picture with my cell phone of the form they want me to fax to them and take it somewhere to have them try to print it out and fax it to FC.... ??? ??? ??? you think they might let me do that???????????? This situation is REALLY making me sick to my stomach...literally!! Sorry for the late response, your situations sounds more like a support issue, so please don't feel overwhelm or frustrated.
Let’s try these if support doesn't respond in time:
1. Send a message to support pointing out some of the steps you've taken to resolve your issue...
2. You said your issue was with printing, if you're able to save the form then you can copy it to a USB/flash drive and print it anywhere.
3. Or (http://www.pdfonline.com/pdf-to-word-converter/) try this link to convert the file to a Word Document; you can also use it to convert it back to PDF.
I know this won't reimburse your losses but your situation as unique as it may seem, I'm sure it has already brought solutions to others that are facing similar issues. Thankfully you’re not alone but here on FC you have a few wonderful individuals that are willing to help you get back into your place of comfort.

I have had that problem, not being able to print out forms, with several different
sites, especially with travel sites, after I make travel arrangement and want to
print a copy of my itinerary the site does not allow me to do so. So---I copy and
paste.
I just copy everything I want and paste it on my word program or in any online
html editor and print from there.
If you can copy the forms, then print them from any source you can paste on
and print from.

Got an e-mail right after I faxed my ID yesterday but still don't know if I am going to get paid on time :dontknow: But any way I was thinking about your predicament and have another suggestion you might try.
Have you tried to copy/paste the form to a blank word document??? I had a problem on a different site printing out a tax document and I just copied it then opened microsoft word and pasted it to a blank page and printed it out. Hope this helps :-

Is there any way that you can DOWNLOAD the form to your computer, then print it? That might be an option.

Try not to let that upset you that much, but I know that it is hard for you because that was pertaining to your payment. Be patient and keep trying.

It Might of helped if you uploaded a profile picture of yourself in your profile area of your account. That way FusionCash has a face to put to the name as well. So sorry this is happening to you surveygrabber and I don't understand why this is the way things are with you and FusionCash. No, this is not happening to me. You are talking about someone else in the forum. I'm not the one with the verification problems. Someone else in the forum is having trouble with the verification process to get his payout. I'm just here to share my experience where I did mine electronically with no problems.

Its been so long ago since I signed up with FC, but I don't remember having any difficulty verifying any of my info for them, it was actually pretty smooth sailing! :wave:
