Title: MY THOUGHTS NOT CREDITING

I finished a survey on My Thoughts this afternoon.    It tells me thanks for my time  and to click to submit.  Every time I click to submit an error message comes up saying there is a Servor error in application.?????????? 

I don't know what I need to do.

There has been a problem for the past few days  with the My Thought Counts survey not crediting.The last My Thought survey I completed didn't credit.That was last Thursday.I haven't qualified for My Thought since then.

I've completed two My Thoughts surveys in the past week that I haven't gotten credit for  :crybaby2:

I just received credit. You may want to cry clearing your cookies more often

I did the My Thought Counts survey again today.This one credited for me.Maybe they've got the problem solved.

Help

I would send in a support ticket with a screenshot of your problem. Make sure you delete your cookies and history before starting any survey. I have been credited every time I complete My Thought Counts survey.

That one can be a bit buggy sometimes. I always clear everything before I attempt any of the dailies.

This happens to me occasionally. When the "server error" appears I basically consider it a lost cause and give up.  :dontknow:

Clear your cookies and cache before doing surveys. Especially the MyView one.

I wonder if anyone has consistent problems with surveys not crediting or if it is a every now and then type of thing.

For me it's just an every now and then thing. I'd say 90-95% of mine credit. When they don't it's usually because I didn't clear my cookies first.
