-
Super early bird! Some days I wake up before sunrise!
-
I'm a morning person. By 10pm I'm ready for bed.
-
sometimes I'm both. but most of the time I am a morning bird. Up before the sun. Even on a weekend I don't sleep past 6 AM! :peace:
-
I'm an afternoon person @11:00- 7:00 I feel my best :fish:
-
I use to be a night owl and then my kids were born - now I am a morning bird.
-
I am a night owl. I love the night.
-
I'm a nightowl - do my best from the late afternoon onward, often up until 2 am
-
I have days when I am an early bird --- and there are days when I am a night owl. so I take turns depending on the day before has me to do. Like today I did so much that I am a night owl tonight going to bed at 1 am. but I am sure tomorrow I will be going to bed early and then I will be an early bird. up at 6am like I said I take turns. I like being an early bird better. then all my work is done before noon.
-

-
Are you more of a morning or daytime person, or are you more of of a nighttime person?
I am much more of an night owl
-
Can you be considered as both? Depending on what the season is, i can be some of both.
-
I am a morning person. I go to work at 7 in morning most of the time. since I work at Walmart my hours are different at times. I get up at 4 am and get things done and get on puter to do FC and make a little money. I hope to retire but I had to buy a new car a few weeks ago and now I have that to pay for. Hope everyone has a wonderful Thrusday and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.
-
It depends on why I have to get up. Right now, I am a morning person (I have an alarm set for 5:30 am on my phone and an alarm set for 6 am on my Kindle Fire, as I have to get my grandson up for school. When I don't have to get up early, I lay down until maybe 9:00 am. I have things to do on Sunday, so I have an alarm set for 6:30 am on my Kindle Fire.

Morning Bird. Early to rise, early to bed.
-
I am a nightowl.
-
I am much more of a night owl. I have to drag myself away from the computer. I dont get any decent sleep till its time to get up!
-
I could be considered both, but if I could only choose one, I'd say morning person!!!
-
I'd rather stay up late in the night instead of early mornings, but the older I get the earlier I seem to wake up
-
My "normal" circadian rhythm is that of a night owl, but with my job I have to be a morning person. Unfortunately, I give in to my natural inclinations too often, staying up late and then not getting enough sleep. I know that is REALLY bad for one's health and am trying to change.
-
Been a night owl my whole life
-
more of a nightowl like to sleep till 9am
-
I'm a nightowl the earliest i go to bed is 11 but I still wake up 9am the latest
-
I think I am both, I have no problem waking up early or staying up late.
-
Night owl. Don't like getting up early if I don't have to
-
I'm usually a morning bird, but now my morning bird needs a nap after being up a couple hours.
-
It varies throughout the year. Since I teach, summer time tends to be my night owl phase. Bed time around 3 in the morning. Now I'm transitioning back into the school year mode, which means waking up about 5:30 in the morning and going to bed about 10:00 or so. I'm having a rough go around right now, though, as my body isn't complying to the change so well. But, alas, I'll get there eventually. :)
-
Nightowl, even if I have to wake up earlier (for school, work, appointments).... I used to change and sleep a little bit earlier but I couldn't go to sleep... Bad case if I sleep earlier, I would not fall asleep until it's 2 am or later.... I did however sleep a little bit earlier (2 am to 1 am)
-
I am defiantly a night owl! I feel like i am a lot more productive late into the night....I would rather be a morning person but my body doesnt seem to agree with me :-[
-
I fit in all of the above. I am generally up by 6am. If I sleep until 8, my whole day is off. I go all day and usually head to my room to read by 11, but then I sit and read until about 1 am. I think I have done this for so long now that it is just habit and my body accepts it.
-
can I be both? sometimes stay up way too late, other times, wake up way too early... :notworthy:
-
I don't think I'll ever be a morning person. I've tried and tried. When I worked and had to get up early, I never felt fully awake until mid morning, no matter how much sleep I had gotten. But getting enough sleep was a problem. I don't get sleepy until the wee hours. Now that I'm retired, I can sleep like my body wants to. I usually call it a night around three or four am, and I feel like I can get so much more done in the middle of the night.
-
Are you more of a morning or daytime person, or are you more of of a nighttime person?
I am soo a nightowl. It works out since I am also a gamer lol !
-
I would have to say that I've been both. I do not like having to wake up early in the morning but because of the baby I have to get up and pee alot. I used to stay up late at night but now my body won't let me anymore. But after the baby I will probably be back to staying up late again. :)
-
i can be both it all depends on what time i choose to go to bed, that's when i not working so, since am on vacation am a nite owl. next month its back to rising at 5am again.
-
Are you more of a morning or daytime person, or are you more of of a nighttime person?
Well, I think I'm an original! Up at 6am and down at 8pm!!
-
Night owl all the way!
-
Yep, I am in with the night owl crowd as well. I have worked third shift most of my life and am suffering for it now. I have tried every way imaginable to correct my system, but I am one who just starts to get tired around 7 am or so.
-
I'm a night owl.
-
Are you more of a morning or daytime person, or are you more of of a nighttime person?
I'm a night person...runs in the family my grandmother and mother were night people as well
-
I work midnights during the weekend and have to be up with my kids for school during the week so i'm a bit of both but my body hates me doing that...having a normal sleep schedule is super hard
-
Who Who ME? I am definately a night person. Get up about noon and try to slip back between the sheets before the sun comes up. Course I usually get by with 5 or 6 hours of sleep instead of the 7 or 8.
-
it really depends on when i fall asleep. afterwards it is just awake time for me.
-
When I was younger I was a huge night owl but now that I am in my 30's I find that I am a morning person.
-
I can be seen as both. I do get up very early for work (I'm a workaholic) and then I go to bed very late - meaning I get very little sleep overall. This is kind of a self-torture I'm stubborn to get things done even though I'm not paid overtime.
-
I am definitely more of a night owl because I do not get off of work until midnight and when you get home, you have to unwind. When I have to get up early for an appointment or something, it's really tough. :)
-
I'm definitely a morning bird. The early bird catches the worm.... ;D
-
I'm a night owl for sure. I really do not like getting up early, especially for classes or appointments. I never feel fully awake until much later and I'm more productive during the night.
-
I am a morning person. I have inner farmer.
-
I am a morning bird. I love to sleep at night, morning, morning bird.
-
I am a night owl who always wakes up earlier. So, I am constantly sleep deprived. I often fall asleep on the couch and take a quick nap then am good to go for several more hours. I envy the regular 8 hour sleepers!
-
Nightowl for sure! Love the night time.. it's so quiet and peaceful.
-
I am usually a morning person these days, because i have to get up and take care of things around the house, but sometimes i will stay up late.
-
Both, depending on what I'll be doing that day.
-
if i dont get up early in the morning i feel like my while day is shot. i dont like afternoons or evenings. just bright mornings. nights make me depressed.
-
Night owl all the way.
I was born at 12:36am and that is when I'm most awake....lol.
-
I am a night owl for sure! Here lately I have been up until my husband leaves for work in the morning. Trying to break this habit though b/c next week I am going back to work. Got to get on a normal sleeping schedule.
-
Im definately not a morning person at all.
-
I've worked the past 20 years on second shift and am currently working the overnite shift, so I would have to put myself under the classification of a nightowl.
-
Morning bird when I have to go somewhere that day and nightowl when I don't. Basically I have become a night owl since I work from home and finishing up my degree online.
-
Night owl especially since I'm out of school
-
I am a nightowl with an early bird's schedule.... I seem to do better late morning and afternoons than I do in the early morning. Unfortunately my job's hours are from 7am to 3:30pm so I have to get up before 6am to get ready for work. Actually I think my problem is more that I am really affected by the sunlight. In the summer it is much easier to get up that early since the sun is starting to come up, but in the winter I always so tired in the morning when it's still pitch black outside. I've often thought of getting one of those sun-lights that slowly increase the light until it is full strength at the time that your alarm goes off. It'd at least help with my (I'm guessing) SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder). I still like the night-life however so I don't think I'll shake off that feeling of being a night-owl! ;D
-
I am an early bird and its good for me because my work start at 5 am.
-
Are you more of a morning or daytime person, or are you more of of a nighttime person?
I am a very early morning person. I prefer do all business in the AM.
-
NIGHTOWL I dont think i could ever be a morning person but lets see i think its just my schedule i wish i could change to a more appropriate schedule
-
I am defiantly an early person I like mornings nice and quite.
-
up early and bed late..i go to bed around 12 or 1 and get up between 7 and 8
-
I think I'd rather be a night owl but my body seems to wake up early every morning and I can't go back to sleep. ???
-
For many years I thought of myself as a night owl, working night shift forever. Recently, working days and off by 14:00 - feels great!
-
Im such a nightowl that I live tired during the day. I just get most of my best work done really late!
-
LOL - Both! I love getting up early and sitting out on the patio with the flowers and the birds sipping my coffee. And the house is nice and quiet - I can get things done. I also like staying up late - house is quiet - husband sound asleep - I do a lot of my creative work then. Fortunately 5 or 6 hours sleep is plenty.
-
I am a night owl.I have so much energy at night
-
I am a night owl. I can be up all night long, though I'm one of those people that sits at home and does stuff there though. I really don't like being out at night though, since I'm very worried about my surroundings.
-
I am definitely a night owl, but there's so much about the early morning that I want to be up for. I love the sunrises, singing of birds, and the feeling of morning. I take something for my insomnia so that I can get up (most mornings) to enjoy the early dawn.
-
Even though I get up at seven to get my girls off to school and do what I need to do I am a night person. I can stay up till two am if given the chance.
-
It really depends who I am comparing myself to.
-
I am more of a morning bird but get jazzed at night as well. I generally get in a lull at around ten thirty in the morning that lasts for thirty five minutes. I work two jobs, generally, from four fifteen in the morning until eleven in the evening with a few short breaks during the day. On the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) I will sleep in and work from five in the morning until five at night unless I take a break for the kid's activities and then I will work later to make up the hours lost. I don't lose as much energy on the weekends-probably because I work out of the home and I get to see my family...briefly.
-
Sometimes both. It depends on how the day is going.
