What are you doing for the last vacay/activity of the summer? School is about to start and everyone seems to be squeezing in the last of vacations. We ran over to an amusement park so the kids could enjoy the rides. What are your plans before summer is over?

I have been trying to get to a water park all summer but every time I try it rains.

Its still summer here. It will move silently into a the 80s in a month. No banging. :angel12:

August here in Tn, and it is cloudy and overcast everyday and the temps are in high 70's weird weather for us.

we took seasonal pass to theme park and we r going there frequently. :)

Well I just had my last real vacation for the summer. I go on an all girls camping trip each year to get away from it all. This year we found a great spot that was free next to a lake with beautiful blue green water, fairly close to home and pretty warm. Met a lot of fun people and drank a bunch. We will have to go camping there again.

Oh my god.. can't believe summers over. I'm gonna try to fit it one last vacation!

We would like to get down to the ocean to get some chowder and clam cakes. I would also like to spend a day in Newport, RI. I hope we're able to fit both of those things in.

I am looking forward to a cruise to Canada in September. I know this is after the summer, but that's the point. I hope to enjoy less heat and summer hecticness. I look forward to cooler temperatures, although it's been cool here this week. I also understand the show of changing leaves will be spectacular. Hope so. :wave: :thumbsup:

I can't believe summer is almost over and school is starting soon. There were so many things we were going to do this summer, and go so many paces, but somehow summer got away from us and we didn't do 1/2 of what we panned! Oh well, there's always next year!

I'm just gonna relax at home. I start school tomorrow!

For the most part just hanging out at home. But we may be going over to my aunt's for a BBQ.

Kinda sad b/c we didn't do anything at all so far this summer. :(..Im hopping we get around to doing something because before its completely over.

I did not have a great summer, because I lost my job. I was not able to take a vacation this year and I having car trouble. This summer is not best for me........I know I will plan a better summer next year...

I can not believe that summer is almost over. We are going on vacation the end of the month. Its nice, not as crowded.
We do have a family get together on Labor Day Weekend.

I am sorry that you are experiencing some trials at this time of the year. Hopefully things will get better for you. Keep your head up and know there is a Heavenly Father who knows you and loves you and each of us very much. Petition him through prayer and fasting, I know I did when things didn't always go my way. There will always be a light at the end of the tunnel. whether it's very bright or not so very is all up to YOU. Take care and hope you will get another job soon!!!
