Title: Personal survey study

I started to do this survey for 75 cents, I got most of the way through it and I don't know what happened. is there a way I could maybe take it over again please...it was about Kleenex...thank you...if not that's ok!!

I had a problem with that one as well. Once you close it out you can't go back

Same thing happened to me with the Kleenex survey today. About half way through it, it just disappeared. What do we do now Administrators? :dontknow:

I did not get the kleenex survey but I have had similar problems with other survey. Sometimes, it is a glitch but other times it means that your quota got closed or the study got closed. I do not believe anything can be done.  :crybaby2:

A couple of weeks ago, I was taking a survey on cruises that paid $1.50. I was more than halfway through and encountered a problem like you had. I could not go back to the survey. It was over for me. I was really frustrated by the situation but got over it and have since completed other surveys.

Hi Bostonphil, thanks I got over it quick, such as life lol
