Have you elbow joints facing the opposite direction

I don't know which would be worse but it certainly would change the clothing industry lol

Well, it would certainly be easier to scratch your own back, huh?  I don't know...this one is a weird one, but I guess I would say elbows, because I can't even imagine sitting the other way.
