It depends on what I am getting.  If it is something useful, I look forward to it.  Next would be my bills.  The Post Office must have gotten it together; I got the understanding that they were supposed to stop delivering Saturday's mail back in August.  My mail carrier delivered mail on Saturday.  I also have mail I am expecting, like packages.  They have always managed to deliver mail on time.

My mail is still delivered on Saturday also.  I had better service when the mailman lived at the end of the road I live on.

I do being a stay at home mom you have to look forward to anything that helps break up the day.  and knowing that my husband usually gets home soon after the mail comes means that i will have help with the kids and i can take a breath.

Strangely not only do I look forward to receiving the mail but I also look forward to receiving my bills!  You see it gives me another opportunity to pay down that next installment! Also one step closer to paying the bill off entirely.

I do look forward to it. Like everyone else I do not look forward to the bills but sometimes you receive something pleasantly unexpected.

I look forward to receive a mail everyday especially that my family is far away (Other country). Seeing a mail makes me happy because its means they remember me.

If it's something that I'm looking forward to getting, then yeah, I get really happy about seeing the mailman.  Otherwise, not really.  I don't get a lot of mail so the mail man isn't big in my life at the moment.

No. if it's nothing but junk mail and bills.

Well most of mine is bills and junk. I always pay the bills. But once in a while i get in this mood and will send back all the junk mail to senders if they put in a postage paid envelope.  Winter time though i just burn it in the fireplace. Hey anyting to help the post office stay in business and get rid of junk mail.

Not anymore. It isn't even bills anymore, just junk. So much wasted paper, I wish I didn't have to deal with it!

I do not get much mail but I do like the junk ads from stores and such. It is something I pack with my packages. Packing materials I get for free. :) :) :) :)

I love getting the "try this product at home" surveys from my online survey sites.  That is great.  But other than that, no the mail just seems depressing most of the time.

When I have time to do freebie hunting I look forward to the mail, because every day I get a little something. Recently though I've been so busy I haven't had time.

Not usually... It seems to either be junk mail or bills. The only times I do are during the holidays, around my birthday, and when I'm waiting for something to be delivered. When I was a kid, I used to have a stamp collection, so then I did look forward to the mail to cut out the stamps. But even then a lot of the mail was metered and so no stamps. And the stamps I did get were usually just the standard flag ones instead of a nice commemorative one.

I look forward to my mail everyday.  I like to see if there is anything interesting or not.  I get lots of catalogs and it's fun just to look.  I also get mail from organizations asking for donations and so many times they include address labels.  I enjoy getting all the different labels although I know I will never use them all.  But best of all, I look forward to receiving my check from Fusion Cash!!! :)

Most of the items I get in the mail is junk/solicitation and bills. I seldom get checks or mail from family/friends, so I don't look for mail generally. I also have a couple of relatives who have their mail forwarded to my address, which is just an extra chore to maintain.

I look forward to getting my mail when I am expecting something good. However, my mail carrier often delivers mail that was meant for someone else, sometimes the people live miles away. My  mail has been delivered to me via people who received my mail by mistake- often from distant neighborhoods. So, I recently found out that I had an unpaid bill that was sent to collections. I called the medical company and told them of my plight and paid them directly. I asked them to PLEASE CALL ME if I don't pay in a timely manner due to this problem. I hope they'll call me. I am more than willing and able to pay what I owe!

I'm always hopeful that I'll have a letter or something nice in the mail, but it's typically bills and junk mail, which stinks.

I usually do not look forward to the mail coming, unless I am expecting something. Most of the mail I receive is pure junk anyway. As far as Saturday mail, it was originally supposed to be stopped on Saturdays beginning in August but it didn't go through so far now it is on a back burner until they decide to try it again. So for now we will still get mail on Saturdays.

I love the personal letters, cards, rewards earned (gift cards,) packages of products ordered, etc., but it does seem bills and junk mail over-run the ones I want to see, lol!  :)

I look forward to receiving legitimate mail, but mainly all I have been receiving is junk mail, and sales papers. When I'm expecting a check I always look forward to my mail.

I never look forward to my mail. For one, our post office in town is TERRIBLE. They always lose or don't deliver packages and if I do actually receive important mail, it's always beat up and dirty. I usually just receive a bunch of crap in the mail, just a huge waste.

Not really.  I don't get that much mail anymore.  I get maybe 3 bills in the mail per month.  Then I get junk mail and I get magazines trying to get me to buy something.  I do enjoy some of those especially this time of year.  Nobody sends personal cards or letters any more.  Sometimes I will get a free sample and that is cool.  But most times I am just mad that I wasted the energy to walk to the mail box for what is in it.

I'm always curious about what I might receive in the mail and I have no problem with receiving my bills.  It seems like I throw a lot of my mail away because it's junk but it still makes life interesting to see what shows up.

Getting the mail is not a big deal to me. I only get it because it is part of my day, like doing dishes.

I love texting.  I can send a quick note or ask a question and that person can answer when they have time.  Or they can send me one and if I am working or whatever then I can answer when I get time.  Can you imagine how screwed up things would be if we had NO phones?  Think about how hard it would be to communicate with credit card companies or getting bills straightened out or whatever if you had to go see the person IN person or write a hand written letter for all communication?

well i love getting mail,,,,  most mail anyway .  I really don't like getting bills in the mail tho. lol  I only wish it didn't cost so much to send mail

out to someone.  i understand why,, because we do most of it on the internet now, but gezzzz  raising the price of stamps  isn't going to help

us to send things by mail.

i had to give up sending Christmas Cards out because I can't afford it.   You can't hang Internet Cards on your tree   :crybaby2:

You betcha.  Thanks to doing surveys and amazon it's a bit like Christmas nearly every day.  Of course there are bills in the mix but there are also paychecks...and most of the time there are more paychecks than bills so it's usually a happy moment in the day.  Oh and I'm in a few freebie sites too so I get samples of products every now and then that our family tries before we buy so that alone is valuable.  Ahhhh the simple things in life.
