To hopefully ease my pain.

A long answer: According to Dr. C. Samuel West author of the book titled, "The Golden Seven Plus One". Pain is a lack of oxygen at the cell level. If fact, all diseases and death is a lack of oxygen. Lack of oxygen is due to "Trapped Plasma Proteins" (or Clustered Plasma Proteins) that leave the blood stream and get trapped between the spaces between our cells causing "Inflamation", "Excess Fluids", "Blocked Circulation" where your immune system (lymph system) has problems pulling out the proteins and excess fluids. So anything that would break up the Trapped Plasma Proteins (energy) and increase oxygen and circulation in the area and stimulate the lymph system should help alleviate the pain (ie deep breathing, increased physical activity, massage). And then of coarse you should consult a doctor because everyone else is ignorant and unlicensed. :)

A plant based diet, deep breathing and plenty of exercise is something we all should consider in these latter days where foods and drugs have become one in the same.
