I had my family and my husband's family over. I cooked for so many hours, but ended up with the best turkey anyone had ever tasted, and very happy guests! Finished the evening with our second night of Hanukkah. All in all, a very happy thanksgiving.

I had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I drove my best friend to her families Thanksgiving celebration. We had an awesome meal. We had turkey, ham, homemade chicken and dumplings, dressing, green beans, sweet potatoes, cranberry relish, cheese ball, coleslaw and dinner rolls. For dessert there was Pumpkin Pie, Peach Pie, Apple pie, Pecan Pie, Peanut butter pie and Dirt pudding. We had a great time of fellowship and also enjoyed the Macy Parade on TV.

I had to work. :(
Was really sad because I got to thinking about Thanksgivings from when I was a kid. Corporate America SUCKS! And the big CEOs who make the little man work were all at home with their families.

It really saddens me that big companies and even department stores were open yesterday! I refuse to support shopping on Thanksgiving day when you are suppose to be with your family & loved ones that day! I went out to eat with family and had the best turkey dinner ever!! Yes, the poor waiters & waitresses had to work but we truly appreciated their service and they got tipped very well!! Generosity will go a long way especially during the holiday season!! God bless all! :D

I ate then ate again, went shopping and came home and ate again...lol

No football and no Macy's parade since we have no cable or satellite. But we ate at 2pm. Turkey, Gravy, Dressing, Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Olives, Green Beans, Dinner Rolls, Cranberry Sauce, Fruit Salad, Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Cream Pie. It was a quite Thanksgiving with just my spouse and our kids, just like I like it!

I was supposed to have lunch with family, but I ended up staying in bed all day with a cold. So I watched the parade and the dog show, instead. So now I'm just looking forward to spending time with family at Christmas.

I spent it at my grandma's just like every year, but this time with a few new friends. It was nice.

I spent the day with my family which is always a blessing in itself. We watched the Macy's Thanksgiving parade in the morning. Ate too much good food. And then spent the rest of the day watching football and enjoying each other's company. :turkey:

On Thanksgiving day, I entertained family at my house. It was just close family and we had a day of what seemed like nonstop food and, of course, football. We skyped a couple of family members who couldn't attend. Near the end of the day, we put the Christmas tree up and with the Christmas music we all were in that festive mood. Then some stores started to open that night and we braved the weather to catch good deals.

It was a whole weekend of turkey festivities! I worked every day and maintained my streak with all of my PTC's/Fusion Cash but we went up to the Colorado Mountains Thursday morning. The kids and I skied all day and then went to my sister in laws for dinner. She is a top notch chef and the food was extraordinary. I took the kids and dropped them off for more skiing on Friday and Saturday and took my dogs for long walks when I wasn't on my computer. Out for dinner with the family on Friday and Saturday Night followed by dancing both nights. We drove back this morning because the kids had testing to take care of and I am thinking about taking a quick nap before I get down to work.

In the morning, my hubby and I went to pick up flowers and went to 2 cemeteries pay our respects to our relatives. Then we had Thanksgiving lunch with his family. And also Thanksgiving dinner with my family.

I had to work Thanksgiving day because I work at Wal mart as a people greeter. We had our Thanksgiving a week ago on Saturday. That worked out good because my family had to go to their in laws on Thanksgiving day. It was a blessing just to have all here. My other 2 grandsons and their families came in this weekend, one lives in Indiana and the other in PA. It was so good to see them. Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.
