Yes, I remember taking part in the videos and on rare occasions not getting credit.  I just try to quickly make up for the loss by completing another video.   ;)

I used to get that message all the time, but it never seemed to affect my payment.

When I had a bunch of toolbars on my internet page, I would get that message.  When I took that stuff off, I haven't seen that message lately.   :rainbow:

I have had many videos not load.  A could suggestion is to empty your cache.  This helps the videos load faster on my laptop anyways.  I hope it helps.  God Bless

Sometimes I find a video that won't complete in FireFox but will in IE and others that wont go in IE and will in FireFox.  At one point there was a video offer that only worked right with Chrome.  I generally only use Firefox for Fusion Cash and have the toolbar on it. The toolbar caused a lot of trouble trying to surf in IE for me.  When I have video troubles I will try the other browsers and see if that helps.  But there are just a few that I find that will never play or credit.  But, at least for me, for the number of successful videos the ones that don't work are pretty low really

I had the same problem before. It just means you've just been credited for watching the video. When they say there was a problem delivering it, it just means there was a delay in getting credited for watching that video. But eventually you will get credit to your account for watching that particular video.

I have done lots of the videos and I haven't ever seen that message, probably will be corrected soon once they know there is a problem.
