it is hard to believe how fast this year went by and that we are almost into the year 2014. Anybody have any special new years resolutions?
-
In 2014, I would like to own my home with a mortgage instead of paying rent. I want to be closer to my husband without him aggravating everyone around us. I looked into it and we can have a 15 year for loan or 30 years, my sister is doing it her name so I don'r loose mh hjd and I can't afford to loose my medicaid either. I would like to get on the ball on fixing the bathroom, and my kitchen its suppose to be sunflower with certain colors. I want it to look more like a home rather than one in progress. Clean up the yard, make a garden I just don't want to do all this unless I own my home I don't want to put what little money we have.

I don't do New Year's resolutions, instead, I draft a list of goals I'd like to achieve - some easy that I know will get done, some are more like multli-year tasks/dreams. I think I only completed one or two items on last year's list as shortly after the first of the year, my basement got water in it...so that list went out the window in lieu of re-finishing my basement (which I finally finished a couple weeks ago - yes!)
So this year, I'll probably just change the date on my list and give it a go for 2014! ;D

Happy New Year. Have a good one. :clover:

Got 1 week left in 2013.

No I have no new year's resolution but to continue to exercise and eat right, also to reach my goals...I am looking forward to 2014

I know 2013 went by so fast. I cant believe its over

I don't do New Year's Resolutions. I do have some goals for 2014 that I'm going to write down and keep them next to my computer to remind me about them.

Out with the old and end with the new. Time for a new year and I cannot wait, because I am tired of looking at this one.

Yes, 2013 went by very quickly. I always make a New Years resolution but never follow it. Wish me luck with this one. I plan to eat less snacks, eat healthy foods, exercise and hopefully lose some weight. Notice I said LESS SNACKS, just cannot give up all the snacks I enjoy. lol Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. :clover: :)

The first part of 2013 did not go by too fast, but from about September on went really fast.
I still swear September went by so fast it was only really 20 days long.

My wish for 2014 is that we have a much better year then we have had in the past few. I am so tired of all the stuff that is going on in our country right now. Praying the elections in 2014 will bring us some hope for our country.

I'm glad 2013 is over.

I don't make resolutions. I also think this year went by too fast. I haven't finished this years goals and I have a pile of them for next year.
-
I just pray that I can have a baby in 2014, How i wanted to have one but we are married for 3 years now and I can conceive so I wish and pray that 2014 is the year for me.

New year's resolution. Back to exercising hard and eating less. Until I get tired and then smooth sailing all year through. Going back to school? It would be very difficult but doable.
-
I plan to find ways to be happier in my life from 2014 and beyond.

I haven't even thought about the new year yet.
I can't believe how fast 2013 went.

Yes it is amazing how quickly 2013 has gone by. In 2014 I plan to work diligently on losing weight, exercising, getting more rest, adjusting my diet and spend more time taking care of me. :)
-
im glad its over too. Wish this year would be an easier one with many blessings. :angel11:

Yep looking forwards to making more money online than I did in 2013.

I don't really make resolutions any more. Just can't stick to them. And yes this year has gone be real quick. five more months and I will have a high school grad and she'll be getting ready for college.
-
2014 doesn't seem to carry the same form of anxiety for me as 2012 or 2013 did. I'm sure they'll catch up on me eventually, but I don't have any particular things I'm looking forward to.
-
Yea, what happened to 2013?!!! It just flew by like all the other years in the past. It seems like yesterday we were all worried about Y2K and it's already 14 years later. This all means I am getting too old, too quickly - not good. And in regards to resolutions, I never make any as I never stick to them.

hopefully I will be able to move out of the house to get a better life. my house is just too comfortable and i need to get out of my comfort zone.
-
I am glad that the new year is here because I was tired of seeing last year. Looking forward to a better year than last year.

I can't believe it either but I am so ready for 2014. The past five years have been really tough but I think this year things are going to turn around.
