Title: Favorite Catch Phrases
Post by: mlbevins on July 05, 2009, 06:16:39 pm: Curious as to what everyone's favorite catch phrases are, I have three that I use all of the time:

1. Good Luck With That One
2. Whatever
3. Good Granny

Post by: omgitsalliex3 on July 07, 2009, 06:45:28 pm: I don't know if this is a catch phrase or a joke but... I ask people "Did I ever tell you I was arrested?" and they typically say "No, for what?" and I point to my arms and say "For bringing these guns to school". Bahaha. I crack myself up. :)

Post by: mommagoes on July 07, 2009, 07:35:38 pm: my sister and brother started saying "my butt" to everything. like, i'd ask if they saw a certain movie, and they'll answer "my butt did". and that particular phrase stuck with me so i started saying it, then my husband picked it up from me, and now all the guys at his work say it too

its stuck with my lately)

3. well, heavens to betsy!

4. someone hit you with a pretty stick.

and on the contrary to #4:

5. so ugly she'd make a freight train take a dirt road.

1. Take me Baby or leave me.
2. Nothings Impossible!
3. It feels delishous to be so visious!
4. Some things you see with your eyes. Others you see with your heart.

They're mostly from Don Bluth Cartoons that have inspired me to be who i am today. (RIP Don Bluth. i'll miss you)
