I'd like the support staff to look at my account or I am not going to be using fusion cash anymore. I had a balance of over $43 dollars and I saw it went down to $30 something then $24 something
This needs to be looked into or I'm going to make a video cast and steer people away from this program
Thanks,
Ronnie

Earnings expire after 180 days if you don't cash out.
-
it could be a couple of different things. like already mentioned your earnings expire 180 days from the date that you receive them. also if you are using referrals if there work is disqualified you also lose the amount of money you made from them.
-
If your earnings decreased did you check to see if any of them had expired? There is a 180 day limit to cash out.
-
Money doesn't just disappear for no reason on here or there wouldn't be some many members earning so much a month
Look at your account page. It would show if the credits were declined or expired. If you completed a bunch of offers without following all the instructions then that money would be revoked. If you don't use the site regularly your money will start to expire. Each offer has a 180 expiration date if you haven't cashed out
-
Before you start trashing Fusion Cash I suggest you see if it is not your own fault losing your money. I see that you have a newbie status but have been a member for a while so I am guessing you let your credits expire. If you are not willing to put in the effort to keep your account active then you should not be complaing.

On the My Account page, there is a column labeled "Status." This will let you know if earnings were expired, denied, approved, cashed out, etc. I suggest looking through your list to see the status of all your earnings. That will let you know why your balance decreased.

Per FC Terms of Service... (which you should have read upon joining in 2011) :peace:
RE: Expiration.
Once an offer or bonus has posted to a user's account, he/she must "cashout" within 180 days.
After 180 days, offers and bonuses expire and are no longer eligible for payment.
** It's unfortunate, but this appears to have been caused by YOU, NOT FusionCash!
-
Sucks that the offers expire, but I guess there is a reason for them expiring after 6 months. It shouldn't be too hard to reach cashout after six months even if you only do the minimum paid to click offers every day.

You can cashout in 122 days of just the email, paid to click and 5 cents required to do ptc. That's not counting the easy forum bonus, weekly promotions and just occasionally doing offers

What's a 'video cast' ?
-
Well they should of given u an advance warning, Cashcrate does no do this. I wanted to build my balance to $200 or $500 then create some marketing material
So basically I wasted my time using this site
-
They put that in there the 180 days knowing people may not cash out thus not having to pay.
I am going to make a video cast to warn others about this, I am not using this program anymore and I'm recommending folks not to use it.
-
This program is a joke, Cashcrate does not that this. They put that in knowing theres a lot of money they don't have to pay that's why it's in there and it will be exposed on youtube in the future

Wow! why would you wait so long to try and cash anyway? Also, cashcrate is lame, I have joined a few good sites in the last couple years and they are reliable and have paid, BUT they don't offer as many different ways to make money as this site does. I haven't even been on this site 2 months and have made almost $80! FUSIONCASH ROCKS!
-
I don't like the expiration rule either, but I don't think it's fair to make a video to warn others about FC when it clearly says in the rules that earnings will expire after 180 days. It's not like they suddenly took money from you without any prior notice. (plus don't they put your earnings in red or something a week before they expire?)
-
I've already made a video cast warning folks to avoid Fusion Cash at all costs...
You can search on youtube for it typing in FusionCash
Or u can click the link

Companies know many users won't read the rules and they take advantage of it, this needs to be exposed ! What if somebody lays in the hospital and can't get near a pc... This is unacceptable and has been exposed
Anybody who plays with your money avoid at all costs...
-
I seriously doubt that someone who is in a hospital would worry about their FC balance xD
But in the end, it's up to you if you want to continue using FC. Like I said I don't like the expiration rule either, but it's something I'll have to accept if I want to continue earning on this site. Just remember to cash out within 180 days and there won't be any problems.

All companies have to balance their books. It's in the terms of service as well on the weekly earning things they send out. But considering how little effort you have to put in you should be able to cashout before the 180 days. Just going the minimum of email, $0.05 to participate in ptc and ptc you can cashout in 122 days.

I understand this which is why I said it's not really fair to make a video 'blaming' FC for this.
-
The US Government does this same thing, it's nothing new in the world of money.
If you are due a tax return & don't file your taxes to claim it, you'll lose it after a couple years....absorbed back into the system & you have no recourse to get it.

;D LOL I agree with the make the whining stop. ::) ::)

I am very sorry that this happened to you but is your resposility to read the terms and conditions that you agreeed to when you joined.
FC is one of the best programs around . they are very fair I happen to agree with 180 day limit for offers. They get paid from the sponsor shortly after the offer is completed Why should they have to pay you after 6 months for an offer? You are working the program this is not a gift certificate. Fc pays consistently every month and does charge any fees for cashing out like so many other programs do
My advice to every one is the cashout at the end of the month when you have at least $25.00 :peace:
-
Actually I just did a email cash for 2 cents and it went from 24.54 back to 24.52
AS for Whining I don't whine, I just take action warn others and move on simple enough
Avoid this program, any company that plays with your money = waste of time
-
If you are unhappy with FusionCash - you are free to leave at any time. Our site is not for everyone.
-
Hey, ronnie.......do you work for a living? If so, why don't you whine about your company handling your money?
I joined on Jan. 17th. First thing I did was read the rules. Can you read?
-
What would make more sense to me, if you were looking to make "marketing material" and get referrals to Fusion Cash, would have been to cash out when you got to $25, and submit a picture of your payment for the $1 bonus. And take pictures of those, and all bonuses. People like real, concrete proof that they too can make some easy money. And no offense, but I've been around the "block" so I know what's what with these kind of sites, and the LAST thing you want to do with ANY site is wait and wait to cash out. MOST sites will close and take your money, but Fusion Cash is NOT one of them. Instead of whining, stay around for some time and take the 180 day rule as a challenge to earn as much as you can.
-
my question is why you would join a site and then not take the time to properly read the rules. if you had you wouldnt have had any problem with loss of money. also i have made quite a bit a money using this site and others like it trust me not a scam site at all.
-
Say what you want, but I've been paid 19 times from this site, and each and every time my money has come on time. This is a trustworthy site. As others have said, don't agree to sign up for any site without reading their Terms of Service. If you don't read them, then that's on you, not the company. They have the TOS in place to protect themselves.
-
I don't want to get in on bashing people and their intentions.... but why on Earth would you want to wait until you've earned $500 (or so) before cashing out??? ???
That seems like a tragedy waiting to happen.... no matter how good the site, there is no guarantee they will even be here a month from now. Why not take the money as soon as you can, rather than risk losing it all?
A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush... that old saying says!

You know.. i find this post pretty commical..First off why would you threaten to steer people away for something you didn't know what happened to? That really makes a admin want to help you doesn't it? Your attitude to boot lol.. Yeah if i was the admin i would totally ignore your request for help because obviously it's not needed unless you need help getting to anger management classes.. Number one.. First step you do is put in a support ticket.. You KINDLY tell them what's going on.. and why you are concerned.. They Then IF YOU WERE NOT RUDE.. Help you and tell you the problem....Fusion is a very strict place but if you put the effort into it and follow the rules and remember to cashout you will be fine... You on the other hand need a swift slap in the face in all reality.. Wake up and learn to read before you go flapping your gums... You can get help anytime on the forum.. which in most cases is faster than a support ticket because they usually have so many tickets backed up and their help is probably limited..In the meantime... If your credits expired that's your fault and your fault soley not the sites fault.. If you got reversed credit suck it up.. It's frustrating but you know what.. It happens to all of us.. Not just one person in general..I doubt you can steer people away from this site because they flood in like fishes because the money is good.. and the benifets are amazing... You would be crazy to walk away from a site like this because you don't understand the rules and the concepts.. I'm pretty sure if you were working at a job and you left for 4 weeks or more you would be fired just as well.. And guess what? YOU PROBABLY WOULDN'T GET PAID THEN EITHER lol.. That's life.. read up on it.. Blessings on your decision.. You don't deserve to be here anyways if that's how you feel about it..Nobody wants or needs your negativity here to begin with so TYA. (:

Have you seen the banners in the Forums? They are real-time and up to date and we cannot edit them. They are only updated by real work done and real money received. But, anyway, those of us who are here regularly and do the work will still enjoy our faithful checks!
-
This site is legit and you do get paid. This site has been a blessing to a lot of people including me. If something doesn't work ask questions first and figure out where it went wrong but, Fusion cash does pay.
-
You may have things expiring in your account. I know that if I do not cash out soon some of my stuff will expire. I have been gone for several months and trying to cash out this week. I am getting close. Check your account status and see if this is the issue.
-
Did your offers expire? That sucks!!! Hopefully it was a mistake.
-
It could be that a lot of your earnings expired after 180 days that you didn't cash out. You have to be careful to make sure you cash out your offers within 180 days. If you don't use it you lose it.
-
I will have to remember to request a cash out before mine expire to...
