Below is a copy of the rejection letter I received about a survey I took "Fun Commercials"
The advertiser for FC Survey: Fun Commercial Study has revoked payment for your signup. We have adjusted your account to remove the credit for FC Survey: Fun Commercial Study and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We are unable to provide compensation in the event of advertiser revocation. Typically, advertisers revoke credit because they determined that you did not have a legitimate interest, or if they detect fraudulent activity such as the use of a pre-paid or un-billable credit card. Payments are also revoked if you have signed up for the offer (or a similar one) in the past, as advertisers may consider such sign-ups to be duplicate and fraudulent.
FC Surveys are revoked for one of several possible reasons: your answers were rejected by the survey provider, or you completed the survey too quickly, or (in some cases) you were required to complete a second step (e.g. attend a focus group) and you failed to do so.
If you have any questions, please log in to your account and open a support ticket.
NOTE: This is a one-time notification email sent from an unmonitored email box. Replies to this email will not be read.
This frustrates me because I REALLY LIKE THE FUN COMMERICAL surveys! I PAY ATTENTION, LISTEN AND GIVE MY OPINION, ETC. Anyway, I guess it's no big deal, but heck ... seems unfair to take it away just because of some NON-SPECIFIC reason ... :(

I also received this rejection letter for this same survey. I have been having trouble with all of the admemes.com commercial surveys freezing up or getting stuck in buffering. I have been taking these surveys since I joined in November with no problems until the month of February. I have lost $6 dollars due to these surveys not working.....Frustrating!!

I had to go back and look to see that they revoked my payment as well. It has to be a problem on their end that no one seems to have completed the survey correctly
I didn't get the email though. I only ever get the daily emails although I'm signed up to get all the other emails(credit notifications, denials, etc)

Wow, I thought I was the only one with this rejection. I, too, enjoy these surveys very much and I too pay close attention and answer all of the questions thoughtfully. Today I also got this email notification and still am not able to figure out what happened. :o

same here i got that same notice just now and i can't figure it out either i always read the questions at least 2 x's before answering them.This is a disappointing :bad:

I got the same email in my inbox today. Glad I was not the only one that got this email. I really like the commercial surveys. I watch, listen and give my opinion. This is the first time I have gotten this survey rejected.

I have received three rejections like this. One time, it was a mistake and the money was put back in my account along with an extra $1 for the mistake. :) The other two stood. Given that so many other members received the same notification, I think it has to be an error on the other side. I would open a support ticket and note the other members who were also denied. It might not help but it sure would not hurt.

It was from January so it would have been taken out of that pending payment if you cashed out already. If you had already received the payment if was from then it would be taken out of your current balance

I was about to cash out 60.01 now it less than 60 :(

I got one of those as well.

I also got one of those. It is one of the surveys I like the most because of the commercials. It does seem a little unfair because we don't know exactly what we were suppose to have done wrong.

If enough people were revoked for that survey, FC may look into the issue further. That happened to me once and they ended up re-crediting the amount that was denied because they believed it was a mistake.
It was really great because the money came out of their pocket, not from the advertiser. It really showed their support of their members.

Wow, this worries me. I have not seen this e-mail, but I did get three FC surveys yesterday and two of them were commercial ad surveys. I have just gone over twenty dollars in my balance and feel like I am getting close. I hope I don't lose those surveys.

I know how you feel. It concerns me as well. What I did after I got my notification was try other surveys. Lo and behold I was able to complete several since the revocation. So after basically saying to myself, hmmm, what in the world???, I kept doing what I do on FC and my balance is nice and healthy. :)

I got an email a few days ago like the one described in this thread.It was worded the same,but it was for another survey.The one I got revoked was the Healthy people Survey that I took on Jan.31.It wouldn't be as bad if they would tell us why payment was revoked instead of listing all these thing that might have been.I wonder if my survey had the sane advertiser as the Fun Commercial Survey.Maybe this advertiser decided not to pay anyone.It would be nice to find out who the advertiser was so we could avoid their surveys in the future.
