So, it is still unseasonably cold for this late in February...and to insult to injury...another nasty winter storm is predicted for the late weekend.....will winter never end???

NJ has had it's share of winter snow recently, but over the weekend, the temperature during the day was in the 40-50's which melted a lot (not all) of the snow. A hint of what spring will be like and something to look forward to.
It's colder today and will continue to be colder with snow or rain tomorrow.
But Spring will be here before you know it! And then taxes will be due.

My state is about to experience another snow storm today. I am tired of shoveling snow.

The weather has been very dry for the most part where I am, but there are times that the area does get very cold. Luckily, I have an overabundance of clothes including sweaters and oversized jackets.

I'm thankful that it doesn't snow where I live, but it has been very cold, especially for our area. I can't wait for it to be spring either.

It has been our first real winter in Illinois. We have had it easy for a few years in a row. Looks like another cold spell is moving in the first of March. I'm ready for Spring.

I live in iowa and we are setting record cold temps and the number of cold days has been the most in several years. and now its back in the negatives ugh and supposed to snow frid, sat, sun, mon, can we not catch a break. spring where are you?

You should actually be very greatfull we are getting colder weather.. We haven't had a cold spell in centuries.. It is said the longer you don't get a good freeze the harder it will hit.. I for one belive that.. You know what they say about march tho.. if it comes in like a lion it goes out like a lamb.. I'm pretty sure that's what we want.. Not the other way around.. :p Cold sure.. But it beats drought anyday!

We are finally get some rain, not enough to help the drought but it is better than nothing. We are mostly enjoying the rain. It is still in the 75 degree temperature range.

This year, the winter seems to last longer. We are having more snow days.

I think somehow the groundhogs mixed it up. It has been unusually cold and I cannot wait for spring to be over. This morning it was 21 degrees when I woke up. The low will be 25 degrees and it will be cold again. I washed a small load of clothes and the wind went through me while I was hanging them on the line. I wonder if the winter weather will ever end. ??? ??? ??? :rainbow:

My states is going to get another snow storm. I so tired of this snow, can't wait for the summer.

I'm lucky where I live I don't have to contend with snow unlike so many other people this winter. But Saturday it was in the 80's and by Sunday evening it was in the 20's. Too much of a temperature change in one day.

I heard we where suppose to get another foot of snow. As of right now we didn't get anything. :snowflake:

It sure doesn't feel like it will ever end. It does look like we're going to escape the worst of this storm in New England. I sure hope that's the case.

:) we in southern Calif. have been in a drought, and in the last 3 days have finally had our real first storm. we need more though.

We were suppose to get more snow fortunately it went south of us but artic blast is back. Boy It's cold!

I live in Middle Tennessee and we have had the coldest weather than we have had in years. Only thing missing is a lot of snow. We had sleet this morning. and there were wrecks all over the place. I got out this morning and got hair fixed and it got worse while I was there. But I made it home ok. I am waiting on spring. Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.

LOL! Same here.
Heavy snow all this morning and afternoon. It's almost like a ghost town, with everywhere closed, and less cars on the road. It's supposed to get down to 5 degrees tonight! :snowman: I'll be an icicle in my bed! Luckily we'll be at 50 by the end of the work week, which is something to look forward to. I can't remember the last time we had snow in March. This is kind of unusual for us. Spring, spring, spring -- we need you! :clover: :rainbow: :rose: :heart: Everyone be safe and warm!

Our low temperature the past few days was 4 degrees (F) and predicted to give us a high of 65 degrees later this week. My head is spinning from the extreme temperature swings.

Yes its been a real winter this year. The temperature is going up to the 40's by the end of this week over here. A heat wave!!!
