I used to work in Recruitment for 10 years. The best advice I can give you is to be yourself because it's when you are yourself that you are at your most confident. Try to give answers in a positive way and even if you don't have a bit of experience the employer is looking for, try to think what you can bring to the organization. A positive outlook goes a long way. If you have a weakness, try to make it a positive one like.., I find it difficult to hand work away when nobody can do the job as well as I. Good luck!

Well.....When I first got there they called him and told him I was there and he said he didn't know anything about an interview.  He did not remember talking to me yesterday and did not remember setting up an interview.  I am like "what?????"  "You are kidding me".

Anyway, he did interview me.  I think it went pretty good but I have thought that in the past.  He is going to review the apps tomorrow and make a decision Monday.  Only between me and like 34 other people.

*Sigh*
