I feel the same way actually momtobe2012..I went to cash out and they told me that I could not use my cell phone or my home phone just because they weren't contracted or landlined..so now I have to submit a fax with my i.d. and a special cover sheet..this is a big inconvenience since I don't have a printer that works properly right now and I have spent all evening trying to fix it!

So sorry to heard that situation! But do they asked you to fax them your id? The easiest way which I did with my other site was I took picture of my id and up load it to my computer and sent it to the by e-mail they provided to me. I got approve and they deposit my commission in my paypal. ASk them that you will like to e-mail it to them...Hope thing turn out right...

Thank you for your kind words cashrose they are greatly appreciated! :heart: Yes I have thought about the email option, but I am actually waiting on another ticket concerning a -referral link- error too..they said they would get back to me in a couple of days..so I am guessing I have to wait to hear back from them before I can sumbit another ticket.

Oh and to answer your question greg2013, I am not even at $30.00 so that cannot be the reason..I really hope they are not on vacation lol..thank you for that laugh though, I needed it.

I've seen someone cashout for over $300 so a higher cashout request wouldn't automatically trigger a identification verification

This has never happened to me, but I receive my payments via Paypal.

Well I have some good news..I managed to fix my printer so now it communicates with my computer correctly..so later before the end of the month I will be able to fax the information ..I haven't requested the email option yet but I think I will definitely consider that ..I just assume that I only need to confirm my identity like this one time..it would be highly inconvenient if I had to do this before every cashout.

Ok good to know, thank you for telling me, I appreciate knowing that..I will make sure it is done within the next week or so ..hard to do much when I am sharing a vehicle with another person.

I did have to send a copy of my ID for verification purposes when I started with FC, it may be a bit of a hassle but once you do it you should not have any more issues. I actually took a picture of my ID and had it sent that way, pretty simple really. Good Luck to you! 8)

It's just one time, I have cashed out for many years and only did it once.

Well I have not have that issue, but I had a problem a few months back with my account been locked due someone trying to access it from out of the US, it took me almost a month to get everything fix with FC, they were very helpful and then they requested that I provide a new paypal account and change my password. Everything is fine now. Hopefully everything works for you

I've had to do that before with paypal, it's a hassle, it really is, but I kind of took heart from it. Anything involving money, I'm glad to see when a site is on the ball that way and willing to spend the extra time to verify. And yes, the Paypal one was only once too, so you shouldn't have to do it again ever, once you have the document on file. :)

I can definitely see what you mean mandismuses and will keep that in mind from now on as you are right it is very important to have that extra security to prevent fraud. I am going to fax my i.d. today and I am hoping that when I go to cash out tomorrow they will have my account verified as I am not sure how long it will take once my fax gets to them.

Thank you tuyetmai I really appreciate that..I hope it works out also..at least if they accept my cashout I will be able to start earning for the next one..it would be nice if they let me know sooner rather than later..we will just have to see I guess.

Where do you obtain the special cover sheet as I too have to do the fax route. I do not have a landline and I have a cricket cell phone which they do not contract with. Let me know about the cover sheet thanks.

Everybody has to do a phone verification or fax I'd it is part of the things you must do prior to being able to cash out for the first time.

Update on my first cash out, it took a while, but the other day I received the confirmation that my identification had been processed and accepted. Since the fax did not come out right they let me send an email with a picture of my drivers license attached. I finally cashed out today and am looking forward to getting my money on or around the 20th of June.

I have never had a problem cashing out and hope I never do. I have enough problems with other things. I know it would be stressful. Hope you get it fixed.

Thank you both, I am relieved also, it was a great feeling to be able to cash out, and it's definitely a decent amount now. I am using it to buy my father a Birthday present as he turns 68 years June 23rd! I managed to earn $58.00 so my first cash out will most likely be my best on -Any- of the sites that I use!!!

You only have to verify the one time. Make sure you request the special coversheet it has your information on it. There is a link that you click that will generate the special coversheet. Do not use a Non-FusionCash Fax Cover sheet because they will not accept it.
