Title: payment processed on 4/17/2014

Your $31 payment processed on 4/17/2014 through PayPal to me was unable to be processed by PayPal due to technical problems with my PayPal account.  What do I need to do in order to get the payment put back through PayPal now that I have had the problem taken care of?

Contact paypal and see if there is an issue with the account and then open a ticket with FC so they can help you solve the issue on their side.  Might have been something little that you have not even realized.  FC is very good and solving issues and closing their tickets to your satisfaction.  Good luck
