Molly Schuyler is one woman making quite a name for herself this week as a competitive eating champion, making a new record after downing a huge 72-ounce steak in less than five minutes. The rather petite woman and mother, weighing in at only 125 pounds. I do get excited when I can pick my own steak from the array on the tray.

I don't eat to compete, but the largest steak I've had probably in one sitting was an 18 oz steak and I struggled with this. I'm use to eating a balanced meal with my starch and vegetables when partnered with a 6 or 8 oz steak.

I had a 3oz steak, it was not bad. I would not eat it again.

I had an 8oz steak and although it was delicious it made me sick. It was too much and I don't eat steak very often.

The last steak I prepared were more than likely 2 ounces at the most. That was because I wanted short ribs of beef, but there were none when I went to the store. I saw that woman too, but I don't think I could do it. I like to have something on the side besides just the bare meat.   :rainbow: :rose:
