I am unable to use my laptop at home because it is blocked. Too many times enter password. Please fix for me. I had to go to library to sign on.

Maybe that's why your IP is now blocked. You sound as though you may be trying to complete your tasks on Fusion Cash from different IP addresses, which is not allowed. You could try a Support Ticket but, don't be surprised if you're not helped with the problem. You need to read the TOS.

No I tried from my original home internet. I never used a different ip. Read what I said. I tried to login too many times and it blocked for that reason not because I use different ip.

I really do feel for your issues and sorry that you were blocked. However, I do like that security feature. Considering that I am working with about 35 online survey sites right now and I can say that FC is the highest paying and most dependable site of them, I love the fact that this company is hot on security. They should be. Check out the banners around the forums. There are people here who make great 4 digit incomes from this site. They should be protected. Sorry to sound so harsh, but some features really are imperative.

I can identify with your ip blocked frustration. I went through the same thing and it took quite a while to work through the problem and get back on track. It was a security issue. I do appreciate the features that makes this site a bit more secure than others.

It was not my ip that was blocked it was just my laptop. I have wired and wireless connection and when i was at the library with my tablet i logged in and seen that I could leave a message. I figured out it not ip when I looked at my settings on my tablet and the message I left on FC I seen that it was same ip. I assume it was just my laptop that was blocked or there was a glitch.

I've never heard of being blocked for signing in too much? I'm glad you got it fixed.

This happened to me yesterday so I couldn't do anything yesterday. I sent a message to the support staff this morning and by this afternoon I had a replay and was able to logon.
