When the last time your family came together for dinner?
-
The last time we had a family (or at least parts of it) dinner was at Easter. My nephew and his wife hosts a Thanksgiving and Easter dinner.
-
The last time everyone (my parents, sisters and families) were together was for Easter. We have family meals at my parents' home just about every Sunday but not everyone can be there at the same time.
-
Unless my daughter is with her dad (less than 3 weeks out of the year), we eat together every night. I eat with my extended family (parents, sister and niece) at least once or twice a week.

It was many years ago. I think it happened on a Thanksgiving day.
-
We have a family dinner everyday and family time every Sunday and talk to each other and laugh.
-
My husband myself and our kids do every nite but the extended family hasnt been together since Easter.
-
it has been years and years. I am not close with any of my family and most of them are dead.

Christmas Day. That was the whole family. In between Christmas's we get together in smaller family groups. During the family vacation we have 7 family dinners 7 nights in a row. Yes, its great.
-
I don't have family dinners. Just me so why bother cooking - besides that I don't like cooking.
-
I have a family dinner for everyday. Thank You!

If you mean my own family, we try to have a sit down dinner once a day. We chat about my kids day at school, my husbands day at work, my own day at home. If you mean an extended family dinner, my family (and my husbands family) live across different ponds so this is more tricky. But I try to get together with my sister and her family for a holiday every year and on those occasions, we have sit down dinners as much as possible. We chat, laugh, remember the good times, make new memories. Families are great aren't they?

a few days ago before my brother left for vacation.
-
We have a family dinner every night. This is with my own family and not with the extended family. Hopefully that's how I interpret your question, but the last time we had one with the extended family was on Father's day. We had it at Nana and Papa's house with all the cousins aunts and uncles.

Just last weekend for the 4th of july.

It has been a couple of years since I had a family dinner. I have had more family dinners with my extended family through my husband than I have my family. I did go have a family dinner at my sister's for Christmas.   :rainbow: :rose:

If the 4th counts...we all ate at the same time.....but not at the table together.....
-
Few days ago. :)

I think the last time was on Memorial Day at my parent's house. Too many people for us all to sit at the table, but like above poster said, we said grace and ate at the same time. I remember this day well because my parents didn't know who, if anyone would be stopping by, and it ended up being a house full of people, which was really nice.
-
Last night we had a big family dinner. My parents, 2 aunts, uncle, my brother and their family, my cousins, and lots of kids. Dont do it too often but it's fun when we can get together.
-
We have family dinners on every holiday. So the last time we had one was on Easter. We get together on and off but not as a whole family.
-
We eat family dinners regularly. 3 or 4 nights a week. Our table seats 4 and there are 5 of us so someone is usually sitting at a desk in the adjoining room. Many times we eat in shifts for the sake of our 7 year old's behavior. As well as our 16 year old's behavior. Living with someone who has an Eating disorder really changes the way families enjoy meals.
-
When your daughter came to help me unpack, we called in for some Chinese food and that was the last time...
-
My husband and our 12 and 19 year olds eat together all the time but if you want to include my parents and brothers family when we go home once to every other month.

I try to eat as a family at the able every night, but any type of extended family dinner unfortunately doesn't happen

It has been some time, everyone has different schedules and it is almost impossible for us all to be able to be in one place at one time. Think maybe I should start working on trying to work that out, miss having everyone together. :D
