Since joining back in 2011 I’ve been locked out of the account twice. Both times I typed the password wrong. The second time around I got the stupid Capthca code wrong. I can never read those things and tried to get one readable with no such luck. And the person that replied you can try again in a few minutes is WRONG. Once you are locked out the support group has to unlock your account and that takes more than 24hrs. I filled out a ticket the very first time this lock out occurred but never got a conformation as they claim in their statement. Just about every hour on the hour from the moment I got locked out I sent them a claim ticket (with the correct email) asking them to unlock my account. THEY have to do it. It will NOT unlock with time as the stupid message claims.

I think twice when I've been really sleep deprived and went to login I accidentally typed in the wrong password. I've never been locked out for it though. Sorry you're going through that, that sounds frustrating.

Oh wow. I have only been on here for a little over a year and I have never been locked out of my account before. I'm sure it's very frustrating, though. Sorry to hear that you're having to go through it and I hope everything is sorted out.

Yes I think its only happened to me once but that was a major pain in the butt

no I have been here a while and never had it happen yet. I work where we change or password every 3 months on about 8 different login, so once I do it wrong one time I real have to stop and think about it.

I did not know you could get locked out. I do not have to type the stupid letters. Only when I signed up. You are right they are almost impossible to read.

I can't say that I've ever been locked out of my account but, on the other hand, I don't have to type in my PW every time, either. I use a nice little app called "Last Pass." You might want to check it out, it's awesome:

Just not to long ago I had this same problem. Yes you right about waiting then try again to sign in it wont let you and yes you do have to contact support. It was my first time having this problem since I signed up 2 years ago.

I tend to have all my passwords saved on my computer so I don't have to worry about typing them correctly
