Title: no credit for completed survey

Does any one have problem with fc survey? completed a 5 min tv survey and another survey 2 hours ago, usually in few minutes I will receive a email said I earned the credit, but today I didn't receive the credit after so long. what should I do? wait or contact fc support? ???

I had same issue today...I created a support request so we'll see what happens. This occurs occasionally but today none of the survey credits were approved.

I had the same problem yesterday. Every time I've contacted support about not getting credited, however, all I got was a reply saying I probably did something wrong to cause the not being credited.
