I was unable to do today's PTC because I could not earn my 5 cents due to the problems at Fusion Cash. I was hoping everything would be corrected by this morning but it hasn't. :(
The good news is that persons who cashed out in July did get paid. :)

I too have not been credited for the videos I watched this morning. also no email. Will try again later.

For the email issue, go back to the Offers page and re-register for it, I did that and was able to get the email,but that is about it, nothing else is crediting.

Seriously, has anyone gotten a response from a support ticket or has Admin chimed in on any of these issues? Been over a day now :(

I didn't get my daily cash email either. I did send in a support ticked yesterday, but I imagine they have been inundated with complaints. I even checked their Twitter feed to see if they posted anything, and nothing there. :confused1:

I got my cashout early it was there Monday morning! So I wonder if they had something planned to do to the system and it didn't go well. Would be nice if they would just put a message somewhere and say we know and will tell you when it's fixed.

I didn't receive an email response from my support ticket but when I logged into my account and checked my ticket on the site I saw that they had responded and then closed the ticket. Unfortunately, the response was just a form letter-the typical "we can't pay you if we don't get paid" response. They didn't even acknowledge that there was a problem! This is very frustrating because I'm always very quick to defend FC and advise people to give them the benefit of the doubt whenever there's a problem. But when they refuse to communicate with us or even admit that they are having some kind of site-wide problem it makes it very difficult to keep a positive attitude. Whatever the problem is, I'm sure they'll resolve it and FC will go back to being the best GPT site on the web...but in the meantime it would be nice if they'd communicate with us! :-(

I agree with you. I used to be the same way but the amount of problems they have been having lately and no response at all (I don't even get a "form letter response-they just close the ticket), I don't bother wasting much time here anymore. I'm so jaded about this site now. Sometimes I feel as if they use the bait and reel in without the switch tactic. They bait you to spend a lot of time doing all different offers but then when you are around for so long, you don't count anymore. It's sad, too, because this site used to be one of the best. :(

I cannot complete the PTC - for the third day. It looks like they could send an email explaining the problems. At least we would know someone heard us. I'm very upset and disappointed.

I've still been able to complete the ptc every day. Are you not getting credit for anything?

My videos did not credit today.

i had an issue with this two days ago and sent in a support ticket i got a response right away and then yesterday i was credited for everything that i hadnt been credited for due to the glitch had no issues at all today with things not crediting however.

My problems have all been corrected. There was a glitch at FC and when the glitch was corrected, I got credit for everything that i did and I have continued to get credit for everything that I have been doing. :) ;D
