Title: Do you do this?

Do you ever watch a show while you're laying down, then you dose off during the TV show you're watching? Does it make you think that television could possibly make you fall when you're in relaxation?

Occasionally. My wife does all the time. I've told her there is a sleep function that will turn it off for her but she is too technically challenged to set it !!

Everyone has likely went to sleep watching tv.  I don't think TV makes people sleepy though.

I go to sleep every night withe tv on. I  usually set the sleep button so it will go off in an hour and not wake me up later. I also often go to sleep at other times while the tv is on. Sometimes I find the tv relaxing but most of thime I think I fall asleep with the tv because I am exhausted and need to sleep :rainbow: :rose: :wave:

i actually have to have the tv on when i go to sleep or i cant go to sleep.  its the noise i hate quite.  i always set the timer for 30 min.  my husband has to have the fan on all night long even in dead of winter or when the air conditioner is on at night otherwise he cant sleep.

Mt husband does this constantly and if I change the channel he jumps wide awake and says I was watching that!

i do this all the time! when i get home from work i get on the pc and check my mail and etc.. then on couch to watch Y&r and the news --i fall asleep all most every time!! i just think the news must be boring!!

I always watch tv in bed relaed but sometime that can be a fall sleep moment.

I fall asleep all the time while watching tv all the time. I think it's when you're really comfy (and the sofa is definitely it!) you  will doze off and miss that show. When I really want to watch something, I will try to sit up so that I watch it.

My mom does this every night, it's such a waste of electricity...  :sweat:
