We had a hamburger patty, collard greens and buttered rice for a late lunch after handling business in town.  Likely we will have a couple of pieces of bacon and pancakes for actual dinner.  We are night owls so its hard to name our meals because we are running late in the day for them.

One word: leftovers. I was over my mom and dad's yesterday, so I took some food home. I already had some leftovers from a dish I made on Saturday, so I won't have to prepare anything probably for the rest of the week. I wish I had more weeks like this.

I'm having a burger and salad, but that's mostly just cause I didn't want to make dinner tonight.

I forgot to take anything out of the freezer, and i don't like to defrost in the microwave, so it's burgers on the grill, salad, and probably baked potatoes.

Last night was taco pasta. Tonight is a pork sirloin roast with mashed potatoes or rice and veggies. Maybe some homemade bread if I'm feeling up to it.

We're having burritos too for dinner although I was really thinking about having lasagna. I like lasagna but never have made it from scratch nor has anyone else in my family.  :'(
