Title: ugh feeling awful

I think I have an upper respitory infection. I feel awful, sore throat, stuffy nose. I hate being sick.

Sorry - hope you get well soon. I live here in Georgia and I have a upper respitory infection as well. I have had it for almost a month now. Really having a difficult time getting over it. My 5 year old is recovering from strep throat too.

That is the worst to have and can make you feel so bad.  Lots steam showers and take some tumeric powder in milk

Sorry you're feeling so bad.  I would suggest getting to a doctor as it could turn into pneumonia if you're not treated.  I got up with a terrible sinus headache this morning but hopefully it will go away soon.  Hope you're feeling better soon!
