How do you make soup out of zucchini ?
No! There so many ways to cook zucchini. Way waste it on soup? I like it stuffed, fried, shredded in bread. It is also good as a stir-fry ingredient. Very versatile veggie. Love it.

Yes that is my take on this also. Fried is tasty and mixed in a stir fry I love it. My son love it also but not too much.

I have heard of yellow squash soup but not zucchini but if they can do it with yellow squash why not zucchini.  I was like you would have to cook fresh zucchini down on low and add a little water until the zucchini is so soft it turns into soup.  But the other commits are right go to google and ask that question if it exist you will find it.  If you find it and make it let us all here at Fusion Cash know how it turned out ok.  Can't wait to hear about it!  :silly:

Uh-uh can't even picture zucchini as a soup. In stir fry and fried with melted cheese on top is best.

I guess it could be pureed like winter squash. Or you  could shred it like potatoes. I prefer the shreds in my soup. But some people like the smooth creamy soup. I guress it is your preference.

Never heard of a zucchini soup, but this summer I learned about zucchini pizzas which are very tasty.  For zucchini pizzas, take one of the larger zucchini, cut them into 1/2 or 3/4 inch slices - use the zucchini as the pizza crust.  Top each slice with a little pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and other toppings of your choice.  Place on a foil lined cookie sheet and bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees.  I found it the zucchini is thinner, the center gets a little soggy.  The thicker cut ones are not as soggy/messy when eating and typically have a little bit more of a crunch.  They were super addicting.
