You mean an anthropomorphic (aka: anthro or aka: furry)
As to make well i think you ment to say draw one instead of make one anyways you can look it up by typing 'how to draw a anthro duck' in google search also if you want more of a picture how to draw just click on images after you search.

O & two best examples of anthro ducks are howard the duck (marvel comics) and donald duck (walt disney).

  sorry but I can not help, I sure can not cook or draw hunan duck or any kind of duck really...lol

depends....are you looking to make smoked tea duck (sichuan peppercorns and black tea leaves) or crispy duck (seasoned with pepper corns, star anise, fennel, and other spices, then steamed and finally deep-fried)?
