Title: GROUPON (In need of help)

Has anyone ordered anything on Groupon besides coupons? Like technology or phone cases? Anything like that. I recently ordered a laptop from Groupon without reading reviews on the website and I'm worried that I will have alot of issues with the order process. Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with them? Many of the reviews said they had very slow shipping and they don't refund your money back. Is this true?  Any information or feedback will be helpful

I have order electronic with groupon before.  They do give you your money back, if you return within the certain time that they allow.  They do give you a free return policy.  I think if you want you can read their return policy.

i have ordered some things but never electronics --i have never had a problem with anything i have ordered tho

I have always wanted to use that site but always talked myself out of it. thanks for the post and the answers folks.  I am more inclined to use Groupon now
