i hate the no turn signal thing as well but i think that my biggest pet peeve is when my husband or really anyone doesnt listen to me and you know they werent listen because they will have a question right afterwards that was basically what you just said or they say the same thing.  i mean how hard is it to listen to a person for 5 seconds.

One of my pet peeves is listening to someone repeat the same thing over and over (I'm not talking about someone who has dementia or a memory disorder--that is very understandable) as though the listener does not have enough sense to catch the meaning the first time.  It seems to be a habit with some people and makes me very impatient.

I have quite a few pet peeves.
Smoking in public is probably number 1.
Littering is probably number 2.

I have to go along with turn signals as my pet peeve.  This applies both to drivers who don't use them (I'm supposed to guess where they are going, I suppose) and those who turn them on and LEAVE them on--as if they're taking a right turn around the world, doncha know.

There are quite a few things that annoy me, but only two things make me really angry...child abuse and animal abuse.  Other than that I don't waste my time getting upset over the small stuff.

I have a few pet peeves, but most deal with people being rude or inconsiderate. One that really gets on my nerves is people who talk on their cell phones when in a line who just can't seem to be bothered to turn off their phone when they reach the counter. I think that's very unthoughtful to the person behind the counter.

This is my pet peeve! I have taught my two children, 8 and 10, to hold the door open for the people following through behind. They have perfected the art of this and will even 'look' for people before letting the door go. As young as they are, they deserve a thank you! I am ashamed of the number of adults that don't say thank you to my children, they just walk through the door .... and keep on walking!

I have several but one is people who yap loudly in public clearly for the benfiet of those around them.  Had that happen a couple of times lately, both times was a teenager.  And I am thinking, no, you are not cute.  You are stupid and obnoxous.

Lack of using turn signals, people who lie, people who steal, people who smoke in public and purposely blow smoke in my face, people who are always late, people who are disrespectful and rude.

A big one, Jedi, people who take God's name in vein.  Especially people who claim to be a Christian.  I know people who go to church and claim to be a Christian and when they get mad they are yelling "gd" or "my g-d" and that totally turns me off from that person.

Everyone had some great pet peeves.

I hate when someone leaves the restroom without washing their hands.  Eeeeewwww! :confused1:

I also hate when people are tailgating me when I drive.

I have difficulty not using bad words at other bad drivers around me, especially when they don't stop at a stop sign and almost ram me. I am now taking to calling everyone a cream puff instead of using some other more colorful language.  :-[

I have quite a few pet peeves.  I will name one:  When someone waits until you get upon them and decides to pull out in front of me with their car and then immediately make a turn.  That really burns me.

I thought I was the only one with that pet peeve!

It drives me nuts when I see people routinely not signal. These people should get more tickets!!

Rant over ;-)

One of my pet peeves is seeing the atrocious use of misspelled words, bad grammar, and lack of proof reading on forums :o
