That's very odd.  I've not had that happen to me yet.  I hope FC figures out what's happening to your money.  Was some of it over 6 months old because it only lasts for 6 months then it's taken off?

oh no!  maybe you should cash out before anything else drops off?  I've never run into that problem here on FC.  I have with other sites though... so know what I say to them.  Bye Bye other sites.

Look at your account page. It would say if the credit was denied or expired

Yes, you need to check for the 6 month expiration period and if any of your credits were denied.  I think I would follow the advice to cash out at this point.  You know the old saying..."Take the $ and run."!

Sorry about that.
Hope you can figure out what is happening.

Here are info that might help you:

Why are my offer completions marked as "expired"? / Why is my balance decreasing?
Per the Terms of Service, account credits expire if not cashed out within 180 days of being credited.

We realize that this policy may be frustrating, but if we cannot "close out" accounts after a certain period, our accounting becomes unmanageable.

We feel that 180 days is an adequate time to cashout your funds, since the minimum for payment is low and you can reach it with a small time commitment.

What exactly are "offer completions"? I'm new to the site and I'm not sure whether surveys are enough to cash out.

What exactly are "offer completions"? I'm new to the site and I'm not sure whether surveys are enough to cash out.

In order to cashout  you need a minimum of $25 and at least $15 of that has to come from offers. An offer would be surveys, tasks, videos, paid to calls, and any of the sign up on the free or paid list. Bonuses would be things like the forum bonus, proof of payment, the weekly promotions, and referral bonuses. You can cashout with just offers but not with just bonuses.  Some people don't qualify for enough surveys to cashout from them alone. Probably 85% of my monthly cashout comes from surveys so it can be done
